YOU will be staying in one of the largest centrally located condos in Philadelphia. YOU will love the huge windows in the bedrooms along with the double bathrooms. YOU will be close to everything from City Hall, Convention Center, Reading Terminal all while residing in lovely Chinatown.

This condo is in a high rise building. Doorman with secure front entrance. Elevator access to your floor. The unit has large windows and is bigger than most two bedroom condos nowadays in Philly.

Safe and amazing neighborhood. Police station is literally outside. You will be close to everything.



Getting Around:

You will be able to walk to almost everything and if it’s too far Uber/Lyft are seconds away

Apartment was roomy, clean and well decorated. It was a nice comfortable home base for exploring the area. Wonderful location, we did not move our vehicle until after checkout, most areas of interest were within walking distance.

This place was fantastic! It was nearly soundproof and absolutely immaculate. The parking was super convenient and there was a beautiful view of the sunrise. Even the water pressure was great ( which is not always the case in this city) ! We appreciated staying here and the excellent, fast communication made this the perfect stay. Thank you!

The access info was very detailed which made our entry flawless. The host responded quickly to our inquiry. When we are back in Philly we would not hesitate to book at this location. And a great little restaurant next store.

The apartment was great—clean, cozy, and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again & recommend it to friends. Check-in/out & parking instructions could have been more clear and provided earlier, but we got it figured out. Overall, five stars!

Stephanie was extremely helpful in communicating parking details, how to access the condo, and everything else we could have possibly needed. The apartment was in a prime location in China Town, close to the convention center, Reading Terminal Market, and so many other restaurants and shops. The place was super cozy, had fully stocked coffee bar, water in the fridge, this place has it all. I highly recommend staying with Stephanie and cannot wait to return to this property!

Delightful place to stay entrance area and hallways and all common areas were clean and smelled nice elevators were cleanApartment was clean, comfortable and roomy plenty of hot water great location to most everything. Plenty of toiletries except for tissues.I would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend!!

Location was nice, apartment was clean and spacious. The communication, while fast, was a little odd. For example: all the other places I’ve stayed there is information either at the location or through messages about WiFi passwords, check out instructions, etc. I had to specifically ask for this information because I hadn’t received it by the time I needed it while I was staying. Responses were relatively fast at least, but it’s nice to have that information ready and easy to access. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Pros: centrally located, large two bedroom apartment. Clean. Beds were comfy. Nice having two bathrooms. Couch is comfy too. Parking pass included which was why we booked. Has an air mattress, high chair and pack n play. Cons: -check in isn’t until 5pm, we which knew, however, 15 per hour for early check in inquiries, which should be stated in the details. In addition, no one sent me the key code until after I sent a message wondering what it was at 5:20pm. This was a bummer because you can’t park until then. -Dishwasher works but didn’t clean anything. I had to do dishes by hand. -Tub faucet kept falling off in one of the bathrooms. This unit had its own hot water heater but we still ran out of water after 1 shower. Waited until the morning for next person to use the shower. -The pictures in the listing are AI realtor photos. Appreciated a prior reviewers real life photos.-no doorman as stated in details. -could use storage/hooks by the front door. No where to hang coats.Overall- a solid clean apartment, however lacking a bit. The parking pass is the one game changer. 3.5 stars. ** something to note for perspective renters, the washer/dryer is a combo all-in-one machine. Took about 4 hrs plus. Make sure you remove EVERYTHING that will melt from pockets! My daughter left a crayon in her pocket and it melted all over our clothes. I had to throw away a bunch of clothes. Our mistake, of course. Put a note to remind yourself when using.

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Philly. The unit was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to Chinatown and some great Chinese food. We appreciated how close we were to where we needed to be in downtown. Communication with the host was great and the check-in process went very smoothly. The only thing about the description is that I was thinking the parking was onsite and we actually parked in a lot a couple of blocks away. But everything else was great.
