Unit 1 will have a garage for two compact cars and there is plenty of first come first serve parking in the complex.
Other things to note
Guests should be a minimum of 25 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house.

These units are 4 stories, including the rooftop deck. If you have physical limitations we kindly suggest booking elsewhere to have a more comfortable stay.

If staying in the summer, please keep in mind ants may be present in the home. They are harmless and we have ant spray underneath the sink for guests to use. This is not specific to our home, but Nashville Summer's in general. They love to come around this time of year!
