- Inside, you'll find two inviting bedrooms on the main level: a playful bunk room (kids will love it!) and a King Primary Suite tucked down the hall. Both come with en suite bathrooms.
- Head up to the third floor, where the heart of the home awaits — a bright, open living space with comfy seating, a large dining area for 8 (plus 4 more at the island), and another patio with peek-a-boo ocean views. Open the doors, breathe in the salty air, and settle in for early morning coffee or family movie night.
- The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook with family—or grab takeout from Bruno's just down the road.
- Down the hallway, you'll also find another King bedroom, complete with an extra sleeping option—perfect for the little ones or extra guests.

- Bunk Room (Main Level), 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds, plus a Twin trundle and a pull-out Twin, + En Suite Bathroom

- Cruise along 30A with 4 adult bikes included! The scenic Timpoochee Trail runs right outside your doorstep, stretching the entire length of 30A.
- Pedal or walk to nearby favorites like Alys Beach, Watersound, and Peddlers Pavilion—all filled with great dining, boutique shopping, and live music.
- You don't have to go far for great eats! Local hotspots like Citizen's, George's, Bruno's, and La Crema are just minutes away.
- For family fun, The Big Chill is a must—just a quick bike or golf cart ride for movie nights on the lawn, live DJ events, yoga, and more.

To note:
- Parking is available in the driveway and garage for 4 vehicles. No street parking
- Pool can be heated for $75 a day. Just reach out!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 35 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
