This lakefront lodge is huge! Its 5 bedrooms and 6 baths give you plenty of room to spread out. In the massive main living/family room, you'll find beautiful custom rock walls, custom wood paneling, and soaring ceilings - this impressive room features two fabulous floor-to-ceiling custom river rock fireplaces and a custom wood paneled wet bar. There are comfortable seating areas - in the living area, with a pool table and fabulous lake views, and in the TV viewing area which is also comfortably furnished. Everyone has a place to just "be" and enjoy this beautiful one-of-a-kind home. The opportunities to make fabulous memories here are endless - year-round. In the front area of the home, there is a peaceful and private treed area with a redwood bridge over a small stream, a redwood table, and seating area with a propane gas BBQ available for your use. There's plenty more - step out from the main living area of this home onto the spacious deck facing the lake where the expansive views await your enjoyment.
You can also step out from the lower level of this home onto a covered patio area and you'll be awestruck by not only the size of the backyard - with a swing set and horseshoe pit - but you will be entranced by your large private lakefront lot. In winter this is the perfect large yard for snow play with gentle sloping for sledding and snow toys. Lakefront enjoyment in Big Bear truly does not get any better than this. You will find plenty of space to play, relax, enjoy, entertain, picnic, swim, sled - and anything else you can imagine!

Everything you need and a spectacular location!
This spacious 6 bedroom (5 bedrooms plus bonus bedroom/sitting room) and 6 baths is perfect for you and your group. This 2 story lodge-style lakefront home is fully furnished and features a pool table, cable TV in the living room "ONLY" with DVD, propane BBQ, and wireless internet. "Please note, there is no cable TV in the bedrooms". This home features 3 fireplaces! The kitchen is fully outfitted with the conveniences of a microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and gas stove/oven, (please note this home has a double oven, but only the lower oven works - the top oven is not working). There is also a kitchen counter bar and a large adjacent dining table, you will be comfortable staying home and eating or entertaining.

5 Comfortable Bedrooms + 6 full bathrooms
Three bedrooms are located downstairs. First, the huge primary bedroom overlooks the lake and has French doors that open out onto the covered patio. It features a king-size bed, its own fireplace, and a private bathroom with a large jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The second bedroom also faces the lake with beautiful views a queen size bed and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs is just a step away from French doors that open onto the back patio area and features a king bed and its own private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located in the main living area of this home. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and features its own private bath. The fifth bedroom is spacious, located within steps of the hall bath, and offers a queen-sized bed along with a twin over full bunk bed.

Laundry
After a day around the lake or on the slopes, you'll appreciate the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent!

Lakeside Perfection
Playing a game of pool while enjoying the Lakeview, stepping out into the spacious lakefront backyard, barbequing, the incredible lakefront deck that spans the entire width of the house, or enjoying the peaceful trees and fabulous views - this home is perfect!

Great Families or Couples
There is more than enough room for friends, family, and guests to visit together around the fireplace(s) in the large open living area which features two main living areas and a pool table.

Garage access for 2 vehicles plus the flat driveway - Maximum parking 6 vehicles year-round.

Low Water Advisory: So far, the lake is down more than 11 feet. Despite lower water levels most of the lake and the public boat ramps are able to continue operations and recreational opportunities are not adversely affected.

At shallower lakefront homes such as this property, the lake "front" is much further from the homes than normal, and due to lakebed exposure, the lake may be difficult to access from the home.

Please call and ask us about the low water levels and how they affect this particular property during the time you wish to stay. We of course cannot make any guarantees, but can give you a good idea of the lake's status and the status for swimming and fishing.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
