This was the perfect spot to stay during my trip to Wilton Manors. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and the location was perfect - quick walk to the bars and restaurants in Wilton Drive.

Check in with quick and easy it was easy to talk to Igor about some stupid questions I had :-) I loved the look of the place, and everything was very comfortable. The selection of pillows was great, the bathroom is very large and I love the bidet. The full refrigerator is great too and it's nice to have the option to purchase some things on a bar tab. The location is also excellent you can drive to some places but if you want to walk down to the Wilton strip it takes like 5 to 10 minutes max and it's a nice walk.

This home was amazing. We loved all the high tech features, the cleanliness, the proximity to town and most of all Igor’s communication. The check-in process was very easy. The keyless entry made it easy to not have to worry about keys. Every detail was thought of either already in the space, in the helpful guides or just reaching out to Igor. Highly recommend this home for a short or long stay. There were so many features we didn’t even get to like the rental of scooters, beach gear or cars. Quiet neighborhood. Even though you’re above someone’s home, you would never know it. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Igor for a wonderful accommodation.

Upscale, modern accommodations meet convenience. And what a great location, just an 8 minute walk to Wilton Drive. Better yet, rent the electric scooters and make it a fun 4 minute ride!Igor put many thoughtful touches into crafting a great guest experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

Igor has a wonderful place. It is very well equipped for 1-2 people to comfortably stay. Location is great as it's a short walk to anything in Wilton Manors. It's quiet and has all the smart features you need for convenience.

Our stay fell short due to several basic hospitality oversights which affected comfort and convenience. The hot tub, an amenity we specifically sought out, was not working, and although we were told it would be serviced, we never received an update or apology. If a hot tub is advertised, guests should be able to rely on it being operational upon arrival.Other practical misses included no light above the entry door and a gravel walkway that made rolling luggage difficult, if not impossible. Inside, usability often took a back seat to smart gadgets. No place to store a suitcase, nowhere outside the bathroom to hang a coat, only three towels for two guests, we had to empty a vanity drawer to store toiletries. The “monkey lights” made the nightstands awkward to use and would hit your head on the monkey's, the single‑coat flat paint left marks on belongings, and the Avon 1876 Cape Cod dishes were not microwave or oven safe, and nothing provided to safely remove hot items from the toaster oven.Returned one evening to an overwhelming food odor from the main house. The suggested solution—opening windows and waiting for it to dissipate, which didn't feel reasonable for paying guests. Finally, we were asked what time we would be leaving despite the checkout time being clearly stated.The property has potential, but the number of basic, practical misses made the stay less comfortable than expected. We hope this feedback is helpful to future guests and constructive for the host.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and improve. Regarding the hot tub, you are absolutely right—if an amenity is advertised, guests should be able to rely on it. The hot tub had been operating normally prior to your arrival, and when we became aware of the issue during your stay, we immediately contacted our service provider to address it. Unfortunately, they were unable to come the same day, and the scheduled service fell at the end of your stay. We regret that this impacted your experience and acknowledge that our communication, particularly regarding updates, could have been clearer. The space was intentionally designed with a boutique, design-forward aesthetic; however, we recognize that comfort and practicality must always come first. The side walkway is gravel by design, as it is the most practical and city-permitted option for the property, helping keep the area clean and well maintained. Entry lighting is provided through the circular fixtures at the entrance, which are controlled by a switch located just inside the entry door. Suitcases are typically stored on the right side of the closet, where extra robes and hampers are provided for guest convenience. We’re also sorry for the concern regarding lingering your cooking odors. As the space does not include a full kitchen, ventilation is limited; however, opening the windows and using the provided ventilation options helps reduce lingering smells. We appreciate your understanding. — Igor
