Relax with the family at this peaceful and newly renovated cabin located on a quiet street in Cedar Flat / Carnelian Bay. With all new furnishings throughout (as of October 2025), this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath cabin is the perfect home base for a family or group of friends looking to take in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer! Enjoy peaceful time on the spacious front decks or cozy up in front of the living room fireplace and read a book or watch a movie.

- 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms (can accommodate 6 - 8 guests) - Note that due to County Ordinance, weâre only able to accommodate up to 6 adult guests; however additional accommodation can be made for guests 13 & under up to a maximum of 8 total guests. Inquire with host if any questions.
- Renovated in October 2025 (all new furnishings & appliances, kitchen & bathrooms, fresh paint throughout, etc.)
- Cabin exudes coziness and a modern Tahoe charm throughout.

This cabin can accommodate 6 - 8 guests as follows:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
This bedroom is on the lower level / left side of home and offers a King Bed and en-suite bathroom with Tub / Shower Combo.
Bedroom 2 - Full Bed & Twin Bunk Beds
This bedroom is on the lower level / right side of the home and offers a Full Bed and Twin Bunks. There is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower located in the hallway outside the bedroom.
Living Room / Common Area - Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed
The living room area is located on the upper / main floor and has a pull-out queen sofa bed that can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation for up to 2 guests.

Community quiet hours from 9pm - 8am daily.
No events or parties. This is not a party house and is best suitable for those looking to enjoy a peaceful time in the mountains.
No smoking of vaping.
No commercial photography and / or filming allowed.
There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway. Note that there is no street parking allowed at any Short Term Rental Property (per county ordinance).
No outdoor fires or charcoal bbqâs allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill).
Trash must be properly disposed of within metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked) whenever not present in the home.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 6 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. Youâll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
Note that the front entry area from the driveway to the front door is not covered. During winter months, itâs possible that some snow may accumulate (especially from the driveway up the stairs to the main house). We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), there maybe snow that needs shoveling. There are shovels located onsite that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, thereâs always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
