Community amenities, including access to Lake Sinca’s private beach area (seasonal)

You’ll check yourself in easily with a smart lock code provided prior to arrival — no need to meet anyone in person.

Other things to note
Hot tub: Please shower before use and replace the cover after each session to maintain water quality.

Fire pit: Available for wood-burning use; please follow local fire safety guidelines and ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving unattended.

Quiet hours: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. per community regulations.

Security cameras: Exterior cameras only (for safety and parking monitoring); no interior cameras.

Wildlife: You’re in the mountains — deer, raccoons, and the occasional bear are locals! Please keep food and trash secured.

Supplies: Starter kits for paper products and soap are provided; guests may need to replenish for longer stays.
