Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you found the home comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered, including the leaking faucet and the unsecured or missing towel hangers. We’ll make sure these items are addressed. Regarding the broom, we actually had two brooms available in the home, but unfortunately, they have somehow disappeared. We’ll be sure to replace them so future guests have what they need to help minimize sand being tracked throughout the house. As for the master bedroom balcony door, there were previously blinds installed, but we received significant complaints from guests about them, so we ultimately removed them. We appreciate your suggestion and will certainly consider options that provide better light control while still addressing guest comfort. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.
