Incredible stay at Villa Renata!

We enjoyed an incredible stay at Villa Renata. The photos don't do the property justice! The property is huge, with gorgeous views and so many areas to hang out. The staff, particularly Mauricio, was so great and helpful throughout our stay! We hope to return soon!

What a Jewel

This house exceeded our expectations!! While the photos and description are amazing and thorough, they really do not do it justice. Just beautiful in every aspect (architecture, furniture, appliances, stone work, art, etc.) with every convenience you can imagine. The house is three levels and comes with a salon, massage room, stylist chair, etc., a sauna, a large gym and a theater/entertainment room that is huge and amazing, with a full bar, pool table, pinball machine, large TV screen, excellent surround system, etc. The outdoor patio is immense in size with a large pool and a fantastic ocean view. This is one of the best, if not the best house we have ever rented in Cabo. I cannot praise it enough and the staff are cordial, accommodating and gracious.

Gorgeous property!

5 couples stayed at Villa Renata for my 40th birthday. The pics don’t do it justice. Each couple was beyond happy with their room - there’s not a bad one in the house. The ocean views are incredible and it’s a great location. Our concierge, Gabriel, was incredible. He greeted us at check in to give us a thorough tour and answer any questions. He organized all of our transportation for the weekend and offered restaurant and bar recommendations. He was incredibly responsive the whole trip and texted us multiple times to check in. We randomly lost hot water one day and he had someone out to fix it immediately. We hired the chef to make us breakfast each morning. His prices are steep - even for Cabo - but we were extremely happy with the food. We would absolutely stay at Villa Renata again!

Beautiful House

The house is lovely. You have a great view to the whale watching spot. We had my family, my brothers family and my mom and stepmom. Everyone had their own space and no one was on top of each other. My only complaint is that the house seemed like maybe a renter before was a little rough on it. Our tv had a big crack in it and the light next to my bed was not working and the bathtub leaked. None of the lights were plugged in and a lot of lights in the ceiling were out. The house manager needs to do a better overview after each guest rental. It would also be helpful to have directions on how to use some of the equipment. We didn’t know how to operate pool lights the first night and could never get the volume to work on the game room tv

Perfect Girl's Weekend

If I could I would give Villa Renata 10 stars! I rented Villa Renata for a 4 night long weekend with 8 girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday. It's not easy to find a house to accommodate 9 women and I did a great deal of research before committing to Villa Renata. It had all the amenities I wanted including pool, hot tub, lots of outdoor seating and most importantly very modern, air conditioned and beautifully furnished bedrooms and baths. The property manager Dania was very responsive and quickly answered all my questions about the property, staff and transportation. When our group arrived at Villa Renata it truly took our breath away. We felt like we had entered an alternate universe of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The house is spotless, furnishings are elegant but very comfortable and inviting, and the outdoor space is incredible. The two outdoor gas fireplaces were an immediate gathering spot and we were all able to hang out using the three comfortable outdoor couches around the fireplace and overlooking the ocean. There are so many places to sit both in the sun or shade. The best surprise was our incredible staff: Daniel our chef, Pedro, the sous chef and Antonio (Canelo) our waiter/butler. I originally booked their services for a welcome snack upon arrival and for our first dinner but the food and table settings were so fantastic that we cancelled all our other reservations, except one, and stayed home. We were sorry we missed one night when we did go out because the restaurant food and service were disappointing after being pampered by the staff. We ended up staying at the house during the day because we didn't want to miss one minute of lounging by the pool and being pampered with fresh margaritas! Every night the table was set with a gorgeous flower arrangement and the food was prepared and served like a 4 star restaurant. On our last night Pedro was our chef and when he found out we were celebrating my birthday he prepared a very special Tres Leches cake that was so outstanding I had to have a leftover piece for breakfast with coffee. Dania came every day to check on us and see if we needed anything. There were a few small repairs that needed attention and they were done immediately. Our group is still talking about our weekend and we all agree it was perfect. If you have a large group or several couples you will not be disappointed by Villa Renata.

Group 50th birthdays

We had 5 couples for a long weekend and barely left the property as it had everything you could want (if you have a good group). The house was even nicer than the pictures show. Dania, the property manager, was lovely about organizing everything we could ask for - chef, groceries, cars for airport, etc. The house has a great layout and you can walk across the street to the water (though not a swimmable beach) for spectacular sunsets.

Holiday vacation

Overall, the property was great for our group of 11. Plenty of bedrooms and places to hang out and relax. Outside was particularly amazing with a large pool, ample seating for all of us, many locations for sun and /or shade, and lower level a lot of fun. Also, seating inside at dining room table large enough for all of us. We loved the beauty salon area - lighting was the best in the house! Dania, the property manager, was great - she was so friendly, always accessible and took care of everything we needed. Similarly, the staff who serviced the house while we were there were very thorough and pleasant and always did a great job. Two minor complaints - house was on the dark side and many light bulbs were out but even where there was light, it was still dark. Also, I’m not a fan of the red shag rug and rug in the bar seating area - matted down and didn’t seem very clean. That said, we did not use the inside very much other than Mitch a den dining room area. Definitely would recommend this property, especially a large group!

From the top to the bottom this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had!!!! We never even had to leave the house! The staff was phenomenal! The food was outstanding!!!! Amazing Weekend Getaway

Everything about the Villa Renata experience was first class. From the moment we touched down at the airport, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The property is amazing, no doubt about it. But Adrian and the team that manage the property made the visit one we will never forget. He was available 24/7 to help with whatever we needed. He arranged transportation, chef services, made great restaurant recommendations, and even delivered food one night when we were enjoying the house so much we didn't want to leave. The property and the service were WELL worth the price and something we will never forget. Thanks!

SPECTACULAR!!!!

This is the nicest home we've stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. The attention to detail is amazing. It was obvious that everything from the artwork to the appliances to even the fitness equipment was thought thru and selected with great care. The property manager Adrian and the rest of the staff showed just the perfect amount of attention to our needs without impinging on our privacy. This home will be perfect for either larger family or a group of couples. I can't wait to come back!!!

Amazing!

The Villa Renata property is amazing. Such a beautiful home. We hosted a business trip with 5 couples and couldn't have been more impressed with the house. We never wanted to leave. The outside living area is just wonderful. Also, can't say enough about Adrian, Marcos, and Julia. They were all so very helpful. Anything we needed was taken care of. I highly recommend everything about Villa Renata. Can't wait to go back!

Wow! We have rented villas many times but this was,by far, my favorite! The house is just as beautiful, if not more so, than the photos provided. Even more than the beauty of the house, is the amazing service of the staff. Adrian, the concierge is extremely helpful and kind. He truly made our trip seamless, which is not easy when dealing with 8 women!! Just be aware that the neighborhood has an 11PM noise curfew, so you can not be loud outside on the patio deck after that tiRateme;) Planning when we can get back again........
