Ceci est la villa idéale pour se divertir! Il a la vie privée et les meilleures vues que vous pouvez trouver à Cabo. Villa Buena Vida a été le # 1 villa louée à Cabo / Pedregal pour les 10 dernières années, car il a des vues incomparables, elle est joliment décorée, le personnel est exceptionnel, et il est à un prix raisonnable.

La piscine chauffée nouvellement agrandi avec bain à remous a une infinité de pointe de sorte que vous ne saurez pas où les extrémités de la piscine et où l'océan commence. Il est spectaculaire! Absolutely Incredible

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The house itself is absolutely spectacular, but it’s the staff that truly made our experience unforgettable. We had our wedding in Cabo, and a big portion of our group stayed at the villa. We even hosted our welcome party here on Friday night, and it was perfect!Hugo was incredible from start to finish — helping us plan everything from menus to grocery lists and even letting us tour the house a couple months before the big weekend. He’s fantastic at what he does and was such a calming, helpful presence.And speaking of amazing — Diego was a true gem. From the moment guests arrived, he made everyone feel right at home. Despite meeting over 40 people, he somehow remembered every single name and always had a smile on his face. He brought such joy and energy to the weekend — everyone loved him.Beny’s meals were phenomenal — every single one! Not only is he a talented chef, but he was also so kind and enjoyable to be around.We’re incredibly grateful for the world-class service that made this such a special weekend. James, the owner, was also super responsive and helpful leading up to our trip.There truly aren’t enough words to express how much we loved this villa and the entire experience. Incredible property

We stayed with 16 adults for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had a blast at the house. Everyone thought it was great. Hugo, Diego, Beny and the entire staff were great. Our drinks were always full and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Incredible!

We just left Villa Buena Vida after an amazing long weekend with friends. The views from the property are breathtaking and the overall house is stunning. The staff (Diego, Benny, Hugo and all the others) are literally THE BEST. We felt at home the minute we walked in and everything we ever needed (often before we even knew we needed it!) was taken care of. We absolutely will be back!

Cabo Reunion ‘25

This place was incredible. We did a friends reunion and had 9 couples stay for 5 nights. The villa had amazing views, was super clean, and had plenty of room for us. Would definitely return. Owner was great to communicate with and then Hugo, Diego, Beny and the rest of the house staff took over and were awesome. Delicious food and fun, friendly, top notch service throughout our stay. I can’t imagine there is a better staff out there! Thank you all for a memorable trip.

Incredible 50th Birthday Celebration

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday with a group of friends. There were 17 total adults. The house was incredible, staff was incredible and the views went on for days. Chef Benny, Diego and Hugo all made sure our time was special and that every need was met. We will be back.

Amazing property

The villa made all the difference on our golf trip to Cabo. It's an amazing house with amazing views. We came back from golf and spent the afternoon in the pool watching whales win by. The staff is great and they kept us well fed and well hydrated.

Absolutely Amazing!

Amazing property and amazing staff with amazing views! Diego, Beny, and Hugo were great hosts and the housekeeping staff was amazing! We had a group of 17 ranging in age from 19 to 59 for a 50th birthday celebration and a great time was had by all! The staff definitely makes the trip enjoyable as they’ve been doing this for quite some time and pretty much know everything that you need and anticipate everything! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about going.

We were spoiled!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful villa! The staff anticipated our every need making it a completely relaxing and enjoyable time! The entire team was super friendly and went above and beyond from filling our snack requests ahead of time, to making fabulous drinks and meals. They were helpful in arranging transports for excursions and reservations at restaurants. They also did multiple store runs for us anytime we got low on things like water or fruit. Thank you Beny, Diego, Hugo, and the rest of the staff!

Stellar property!

Celebrating our 50th anniversary we took 15 family members for a 6 day stay. A spectacular time was had by all. As with all the other reviews the staff was incredible….Hugo, Diego and Benny made sure all our requests and needs were met. The property itself was amazing with everyone having their own space and the views were breathtaking! Jamie, the owner, was very easy to reach if needed, but Hugo was our go to. The food and prep, the never ending drinks and the maid service…simply the best. Look no further for a large place to call home for the length of your stay!

Birthday Party to Remember

This has got to be the best property in the area - Almost all the rooms have great views with private patios. The main floor has an awesome pool with incredible views with perfect privacy. And the staff was fantastic! Five star meals, great drinks & never empty margaritas served with big smiles. The staff arranged daily transportation to and from golf courses & restaurants, which was always on time, safe, reliable, and quick! We'll definitely be back!

Friends' Vacation

My group of 8 couples enjoyed a 4 day break at Villa Buena Vida in mid-September. The team were incredible - directly through their own service and indirectly through smart recommendations - and made the whole experience top notch. Chef Beny will make sure you're well fed with both American and Mexican fare while Diego is constantly serving with a smile and always keen to help out. The house itself was perfect. I'm not sure the location can be beat, the views dont stop, and the house both accompdates gathering and comfortable retreats to get some peace and relaxation if you need it. I dont typically write reviews, but having relied on those for this property, I thought I'd add my own confirmatory evidemce. Dont hesitate to book thia one.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I originally rented this villa because I wanted to reward my top salespeople in my company. I wanted the best oceanfront villa that was perfect for entertaining. Villa Buena Vida far exceeded my expectations. I was determined to contact the owner and make an offer. I was in negotiation within 30 days after the trip and closed within 3 months! I fell in love with the villa from the moment I walked in and still love seeing and hearing reactions from renters staying there!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Villa Buena Vida is a unique property in that it was built higher and farther out than the maximum limits of Pedregal HOA. But because it was the first house built (in 2002) on the street there was no resistance to maximizing the size of the house and views. So the benefit is a structure that has better views than the rest of the surrounding villas while maintaining privacy. You have the best views of the ocean, the shoreline down to the Arc, the 5 star resort Waldorf Astoria below as well as the other surrounding villas. It's the best view in Pedregal!
