Belle coutume décoré Ocean View Villa à la fantastique station Villa La Estancia à Cabo San Lucas. Asseyez-vous sur le grand balcon et profiter d'une vue de la plage Medano et les célèbres rochers de la pointe de Cabo San Lucas. Détendez-vous à la piscine gigantesque avec bar swim-up, cinq bains à remous, ou la plage Medano baignable.

Cette villa de luxe de 3 chambres a deux grandes suites de maître avec lit king size, un coin salon et de grandes salles de bains avec baignoire à jets. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles avec une salle de bains. La grande salle dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, salle à manger et un salon joliment meublée avec un grand téléviseur à écran plat. La quatrième salle de bain complète est hors de la grande salle. Toutes les chambres ont 42 'téléviseur à écran plat. Le balcon est un véritable «vue sur l'océan" balcon qui traverse toutes les chambres et comprend un bar et d'un réfrigérateur. La Villa est au quatrième étage et a un accès gratuit à Internet sans fil.

L'installation La Estancia comprend un centre de fitness entièrement équipée, un service de conciergerie et l'excellent restaurant La Casona. Le site dispose d'un excellent service de spa complet, des courts de tennis, et le marché.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas est à seulement quelques minutes d'excellents restaurants, des boutiques et bien sûr, la célèbre vie nocturne. de golf de classe du monde se trouvent à proximité, et la pêche est incroyable.

Better than the photos

This property is better than the photos which is rare! Not only was the condo itself clean, pretty, and well stocked, but the resort's customer service was top level. Excellent food, pool side care, spa and beach services. The concierge was helpful in all ways and the VRBO communications were excellent.

Everything was great. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was beautifully appointed, nicely stocked with everything you expect plus nice extras such as spices, paper products, coffee filters and beverages to get you started. The view from the porch is stunning. The owner is very responsive. A all around.

Fun with friends

Three couples visited and stayed in the villa together. There was plenty room for all of us. The outside space was amazing with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The pool was amazing, although we spent most of our time in the sand at the ocean. We loved the location of the villa and were able to walk most lances. If we did take a cab it was only 3 a person to go into town. We absolutely loved Cabo and the Villa Estancia. We will be back!

FIVE STARS!!!!!

We give this property and interactions with the owner FIVE STARS all the way around. Communication was so fast and easy, instructions were very clear and provided in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the perfect set up for a family or small group with beautiful views of Cabo. We will definitely rent from you again and thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very easy to take a taxi anywhere in the area plus the trolley to other property restaurants was very convenient. Definitely recommend this condo.

Curt and his property were wonderful. Curt was quick with answers, recommendations and tips. His home was well stocked and had very comfortable rooms that fit 8 people perfectly. Access to the pools and ocean was ideal. Highly recommend!

THE BEST TIME!!

Thank you so much for letting our family stay in your beautiful Villa! We had the best time! We came here for my father in laws 70th bday. This was the first time to Cabo with our kids! We took a boat ride, deep sea fishing , atv, zip lining with Cabo Adventures, rode a camel and swam with dolphins!! Our villa easily held all 8 of us ! The view was spectacular and the pools and ocean were warm and inviting! I totally recommend u staying here. We WILL be back!!

The accommodations were wonderful. A cable shorted while we were cooking dinner. All the fuses blew. Finished dinner using grill outside. Maintenance came and replaced the cable the very next day. Had a great time as usual. Pat

Beautiful and spacious condo with spectacular view

My husband and I and 2 other couples rented this condo for a week and were blown away the minute we walked in. It was very beautiful and so spacious! It was equipped with everything you could ever need. And the view...wow!!! Curt was so great to work with. He gave us a ton of useful information about the area and answered all of my questions very promptly. The whole complex was gorgeous and very clean. It was close to town , had a beautiful beach and everyone who worked here was very friendly. We would definitely choose this property again and we highly recommend it.

My only complaint is the Estancia security. They seemed to institute a new noise policy this year. We had a portable speaker on our balcony at 4pm. Received a call from security to turn it off. All adults on balcony, not kids. This was common with many other families that were on spring break with us. We would get called for laughing too loud. I completely understand this at 11pm, but when it is 4pm and the pool is louder than your speaker, I have a problem. Much, much different than last year. If this continues, I would highly recommend letting renters know that it is more of a sleepy environment.

We and another couple bought a villa at La Estancia in 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of our time there. We bring family and friends and have had many relaxing, fun, memorable trips to Cabo.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Villa La Estancia is in the perfect location. Very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas with excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet not 'too' close. Close to world class golf courses and fishing. A short drive to either San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos with art shops, jewelry and more restaurants! Cabo San Lucas is isolated by the Sea of Cortez and at the end of the 1000 mile Baja Peninsula. The people are friendly, the golf is great, the food is excellent, and English is prevelant. We have always felt safe and welcome in Cabo. Cabo is a special place in Mexico.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our typical day involves having a coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and cruise ships coming in, and catching up on email. Then a good workout at the fitness center and then it's off to the beach or pool. Lunch at the pool, beach, or just down the beach to Tobasco's or the Office. A little jet ski or parasail, then it's Time For Cocktails at 5:00 before heading downtown for another great meal. Unless, of course, we never made it out of Tobascos. Then..........

The next day is for golf, fishing, a trip to San Jose or Todos Santos, or maybe zip lining or an ATV trip if you're feeling rambunctious.
