Welcome to Harbor Moon, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the Harbor Walk community, nestled within the gated St. James Plantation.
This spacious first-floor retreat features 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bedâplenty of room for up to 7 guests. With three full bathrooms (two ensuites), including a luxurious primary suite with soaking tub and glass shower, everyone enjoys comfort and privacy.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners in our thoughtfully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and a complete coffee and tea station. You'll find all the essentials you need to feel right at home.
Perfect Location: Take a short walk to St. James Marina where you'll find Beacon315 restaurant with its tiki bar and outdoor seating overlooking the water. Minutes from historic Southport's charming shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to Oak Island's beautiful beaches.

Youâll have full, private use of the condo during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy it as your home away from home. You have access to all areas with exception of the locked owners and cleaner closets.
Enjoy the Harbor Walk community pool with restrooms and poolside outdoor electric grills. Note the Harbor Walk Community Owners Association coordinates all operations of the seasonal pool.

Quiet Hours: 9:00PM to 8:00AM
We provide starter sets of essential supplies. If you run out during your stay, you will be responsible for purchasing additional supplies. Let us know if you have questions about what is and is not provided!
Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Violations will incur additional cleaning fees and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets are not allowed. Violations will incur additional cleaning fees and termination of your stay without refund.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Violations will incur additional cleaning fees and termination of your stay without refund.
Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance. The booking guest must be at least 25 and is responsible for the groupâs compliance with all house rules.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Always lock doors and windows when leaving. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost items.
WiFi is provided for lawful use only. Guests are responsible for their online activity.
Fee schedule for additional cleaning and damage:
- Smoking of any kind: $300 minimum to cover smoke remediation.
- Unauthorized pets: $300 minimum cleaning fee
- Unauthorized parties or events: $750 plus immediate removal
- Damage or theft of items: charged at replacement value.
