The villa offers 233 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a friendly, sunny atmosphere. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen make you feel at home from the very first moment.

A special highlight is the private pool table, ideal for fun evenings with family or friends. From the living area, you can step directly onto the large terrace with a private, heated pool, cozy loungers, and a beautiful garden with a barbecue area – perfect for relaxing Florida evenings. The villa also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, mosquito nets throughout the house, hairdryer, garden furniture, and a double garage. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
