The Space:

Explore the inviting spaces of The Oasis on 3rd, designed to provide a seamless blend of comfort and functionality. The three bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, offering a private sanctuary. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All bedrooms are designed for restful nights. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, providing convenience for all guests. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ grill, perfect for entertaining. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The property also features a safe for your valuables.

For a relaxed afternoon, head to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, just a few minutes away, where you can soak up the sun or stroll along the scenic coastline. Getting Around:

Getting around The Oasis on 3rd is a breeze. You'll find ample street parking available. For those arriving by air, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is just a short drive away, approximately 15 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer public transport, the Brightline train station is easily accessible, offering connections to various destinations. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel around the city. Explore the vibrant Las Olas Boulevard, the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, and other attractions with ease.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.



Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and $500 refundable security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.



Please note that our pool is serviced every Saturday. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation, so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. All the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.



Other things to note



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
