You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the lot next to building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and free on weekends.

Please also note that these units are located above a bar. Noise from the bar below may be heard, especially on weekends and into the early hours of the morning. This property may not be the best option for sensitive sleepers.

You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the lot next to building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 6pm on weekdays and free on weekends, or they can pay to get into the parking lot.

We have multiple spaces at this property, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While our style is consistent, the layout and design may vary.

We do not provide cable. There is a Roku smart tv so you log in to all your favorite streaming services!

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
