Stay in the heart of downtown Denver`s theater convention center district in this stylish newly-remodeled historic loft.
Sleeps 8 with 1 king bed and futon in the primary bedroom, 1 queen bed in the secondary, and queen sofa bed, with plenty of space at 1,740 square feet.
Features modern kitchen, in-unit laundry, and unobstructed downtown views.
Walk to 16th Street Mall, restaurants, shopping, free mall ride, and light rail. Perfect for business travelers, relocations, or extended stays.
**Limited Monthly Ski Bonus**
Each month during the ski season, we receive a small number of discounted $25 Eldora lift vouchers (regularly priced at $198+tax).
These are offered to early bookers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Not guaranteed for all stays, but we currently still have some available. Redemption details provided upon booking.

Step inside and youâll find 1,740 sq ft of open-concept living with exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, and large industrial-style windows that fill the space with natural light.

A comfortable lounge area with plush seating, a queen-size sofa bed, and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Great for relaxing or entertaining guests.
Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials. A large dining table, perfect for shared meals or workspace.
Primary Bedroom:
Features a king bed, futon, luxury linens, ample closet space in a custom-built closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with modern finishes and walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom:
Includes a queen bed, cozy reading corner, and easy access to the hallway bath with a combination shower/tub.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are updated and stocked with towels, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and starter toiletries.

There is a 24-hour security monitored parking garage 1/2 a block down from the building (1627 California St- California Street Garage) and a parking lot directly across the street from the building (entrance on California St).
There is also metered parking on all of the surrounding streets which is free on holidays and Sundays.
