New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Great second-row home featuring an upper and a lower covered deck with 160° open ocean views as well as easy beach access. You'll be just across the street from the ice cream shop and general store. The light and bright interior is nicely decorated with coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Unwind in the living room while enjoying an ocean view, or watch TV in the upstairs den. Get cooking in the spacious kitchen (for more than one chef) with plenty of utensils to make you feel like you are in your own habitat. However, this time, including majestic ocean views! Serve special home-cooked meals at the large dining table so everyone can face the ocean and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are two bedrooms on the main level; two upstairs bedrooms each have access to the upper, covered porch - ideal for relaxing and watching the sunrises and sunsets with your love each day. Dine alfresco at a picnic area located beneath the property. An outdoor sand shower is great for rinsing off after a cool, evening walk on the beach and a washer/dryer adds convenience.

Great Beach Home!!

Loved this house. Great for families and even with a baby it was perfect! Loved the location and the view from the decks are the best! Loved sitting out with coffee in the morning or hanging out watching the stars at night. Can’t wait to rent again!

Great location

Vacasa was an excellent company to rent from. The house was a great location and very clean. An older house, but location and walk to the beach was worth it.

Great view for second row

It seems like it’s oceanfront with the view. However, since the pier is no longer open, the parking lot has become public parking for beach access. So it was fairly crowded in that area. The beach access was great, a very short walk just across the road. Our only problem was that it could have been cleaner. There was a used razor left in the shower, a spit can on the porch, and on of the bedspreads and shams needed to be washed thoroughly.

Had a great week at this house. The only issues were the top shelf of the fridge and the dryer were broken.

House and location are great

The house is located across the street from Holden Pier, both covered balconies have water views over the building at the pier so you feel like you are water front. The house is a good size with room for upto 10 people. There is a long dining table that will sit 10 people comfortably with 2 living spaces (one of each floor). Loved the location and the house was great. I would stay again.

Great get away!!

First time staying at Holden Beach. Love to fish, so staying right across from the pier was an ideal location. The "mom and pop" store 3 doors down was helpful. House was clean and furniture in good shape and beds comfortable. Look forward to returning in the spring.

Beach weekend getaway

The house was the prefect size, clean, close to the beach. The only negative thing was the painters next door, rattling their extension ladders at 7:30am on Saturday morning. Which was no fault to the house rental. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beach experience

This house is roomy and uncluttered. Easy maintenance. Needs a new light bulb over the stove a better frying and a cookie sheet or shallow pan. Very nice location. Bargain price, right across the street from the ocean easy beach access.

Week full of memories!

This was a little post graduation beach trip to bring friends together before summer begins. The location is pretty perfect we got to enjoy ice cream by the water and run into the general store to get anything we were low on. The space was amazing too especially for the price I would recommend this place and if I have a big group of people to take to the beach I would definitely book again! Beach access is pretty easy and the only downside was that the pier is closed!

Not the best, but not the worst

This home had a great view, but with a 2nd row price. There were so many lightbulbs out that the repair guy had to return the next day because he ran out. When he came back I asked him to fix the TV, and while he didn't know how, he sent someone out within the next couple of hours. Vacasa guest services were outstanding! The home didn't have 10 dinning chairs as advertised, there were only two TVs (for 10 people), there were hardly any board games, the fireplace wasn't for guest use, and there wasn't enough drawer storage. While the house was clean, including the bedding, we did have a cockroach on day 3 (after a tropical storm), which was off putting.

Ocean views

The location and ocean views were great. Ants in the kitchen were bad and horrible on the parking area under the house. They would crawl on and bite you so we could not enjoy the space. Roaches were bad as well! The house could use an update but the space accommodated us well. Loved the large dinning table that sat 12. Won't stay here again due to roaches and ants.

Needs Attention

Easy access to the beach. House needs updated celing fans and lighting. Several blinds in the home were broke. Added cookware would be good. A/C didn't cool very well. And there were a few roaches in the home. And ant problem in the kitchen.

Disappointing

This home has a lot of potential, but it is in need of some maintenance and upkeep issues. We spent parts of 3 of our vacation days meeting with maintenance/repair people. Many of the smaller issues were fixed, but air conditioning on the lower level and the ice maker were not able to be fixed during our stay.

Amazing views!

This property will be a must revisit on my list. I love Holden Beach, been going for years now. But this was a super-super convenient location. Just a super quick walk across the street and then you are right there at the pier. And pretty much anything you can think of this house has. The ONLY flaw was that the living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable and unless you wanted to sit at the kitchen table, I personally didn't feel like there was enough seating if everyone wanted to watch a movie or something together. But not like we were watching much tv anyhow since there was the beautiful beach just outside our door, but that would be the only thing I would change if possible. We will for sure be back to this house. I loved it :) Thanks for sharing your home with my family!
