Que' Sera' the future is ours to sea at this oceanfront Kinnakeet Shores gem, featuring a luxe private hot tub! Located on one of Avon's most desirable lots, this perfectly-executed vacation home has a fish cleaning table, locking storage, and a boardwalk to the beach. You'll love the second-story great room with its cathedral ceiling and the warm, beachy living area with high-end furnishings and entertainment center. Take mealtimes up a notch in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Venture out to the wide-open furnished east-facing sun deck for postcard ocean views.

There is an oceanfront bedroom with an en suite bath and deck access on the first floor. Bedroom two also has a private bath, and bedrooms three and four share a hall bath near the laundry area. The third level has a private suite.

You're all but guaranteed rainbows day after day at Que' Sera'.

Great house in Avon

We loved this house! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short. The views from the balconies were amazing! It is very close to the grocery store and restaurants. We absolutely loved this house and hope to be back!

Perfect Home for 8

This home was perfect for our family of eight adults. Very well situated and convenient in Avon. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and extremely clean upon arrival. There are a lot of stairs to the beach, but they were even manageable for our grandparents. The outside shower was convenient and all of our beds were comfortable. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Only downsides were living room Furniture was not the most comfortable, and We did have an issue accessing the outdoor guest storage closet. Other than that no issues. Would love to stay again!

Dream come true

My family and I found this property listing while searching for a location for our annual summer vacation. We had never rented a house before, but the process was very easy. The house was ready for check in on time. The kitchen was stocked beyond anything we could have imagined. We had expected the basic kitchen essentials, but this house had everything. The living area and bedrooms we large enough for our group of 9 (6 adults, a teenager, and two children). The location was very convenient, only a half mile from the grocery store. The kids tools advantage of the basketball hoop and loved taking care of Beach Cat (an outdoor cat that loves on the grounds) My one caution to anyone looking to rent this house would be the sand dunes. There is a boardwalk and stairs to and over the dunes, but they do not extend all the way to the beach. You will need to walk several yard in the dunes to the edge and then shimmy-slid-walk over the edge to the beach below. When carrying your beach gear this can be difficult, especially on the way back up. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, but was unexpected, so want to mention it. Working with Hatteras Realty was a breeze and I would strongly recommend renting through them and if you get a chance to stay at Que Sera - enjoy!

Location to everything local was perfect & the views/being oceanfront was immaculate/breathtaking! The house itself was really neat and was great for our family (2 year old, 4 year old & 6 year old with my mother and husband). The only downsides is we had trouble with the freezer and had to toss everything out because of that, the hot tub had sand in it, the main door was not working properly, an outside light was flickering, and I had asked a few times if there was storage that contained beach items like toys/chairs/etc and they told me no so I spent a lot of money for those items and when got there- there was in fact storage with a lot of those items so that was disappointing. We left some beach new toys there too for the next visitors. But with all that being said, the communication was on point and they did their best to make us happy. We would stay there again and hope that the little issues were fixed!

Que Sera was great!

This house was excellent. We had plenty of space. Kitchen, living room and dining table area was awesome. We were able to spend a lot of time together on the deck over looking the ocean. It about 2 min to walk from the front door right into the ocean. Doesnt get much closer than this and we loved that! The owners gave us access to the storage room which has a ton of toys and fun stuff for the beach including chairs and umbrella. That was a great surprise! Had a little trouble with the wifi and the dish washer takes forever to clean the dishes but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
