Sea-Love is a comfortable, two-bedroom, top-floor condo located in the exclusive Durant Station Condominiums. Complete with a private oceanfront deck, direct beach access, and unparalleled views combined with all the comforts of home including, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings, a primary suite with king bed, private bath, and deck access, Satellite HDTV with DVR. Sea-Love is sure to steal your heart. The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean views from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks, as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs!

Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties, and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a large-screen TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level.

The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. The parking lot and walks are paved with concrete. All units are tastefully furnished and fully equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable as well as memorable. All Durant Station condos have central A/C, cable TV with streaming, high-speed WiFi for your laptop, solid surface counters in the kitchen, and sprinkler safety systems for your peace of mind.

Centrally located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility (which even offers an ocean view). Some units have a stackable washer/dryer (see individual descriptions). A large separate fish cleaning station, barbecue grills, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture. The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village, oceanfront on Highway 12. Enjoy being beachfront and near local restaurants and shops. See the amazing views for yourself from the webcam projected from this very property.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Beautiful view and millions of stars in the night sky.

The condo is very comfortable but I suggest you bring a fan for the oceanfront bedroom because there is not much AC in that room. We used a fan the entire time to keep the room cool. Would definitely recommend this condo and would consider renting again.

We have stayed at Durant Station for several years in other units which were great, but the other units in no way matched up to this one. The ocean views were spectacular, the house was spotless upon arrival, the house was fully furnished, including anything needed in the kitchen for meal preparation and we definitely plan to stay here again. I can think of no negative comments for this unit. Great stay and great vacation!

The furniture was a bit worn but definitely usable, the kitchen was WELL stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our large party to loved the nice big table so we could all eat together! Great stay!

The condo was clean, in great condition and had everything we needed. The kitchen is so well stocked that there was little room to store our groceries! The coin operated laundry is on the first floor several doors down to the right when exiting the elevator. Luggage carts are located there and were a great help with transporting our gear and groceries to the third floor.
