Completely surrounded by a privacy fence and lush, tropical foliage, the backyard pool area offers you a private paradise to enjoy with friends and family. An upper deck area makes an ideal spot to work on your tan, and if you need some relief from the heat, the breezy ground-floor patio has got you covered. If you went fishing while out and about, use the fish-cleaning station to prepare your catch for a hearty meal. The backyard firepit's top can be turned into a grill to sear the fish you just cleaned. In the evening, use it for starlight s'mores sessions together. An enclosed outdoor shower provides a private and convenient spot to rinse off after trips to the beach.

Coastal tones and seaside decor fill the interior, helping to set the mood for beachside bliss. Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting in the open-concept living area create an inviting space for group gatherings. An updated sofa and smart TV provide comfortable home lounging and indoor entertainment. Guests have access to the pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
