There's room for the whole group to gather when you rent both sides of this spacious, oceanfront duplex – and the view is pretty great, too. Two full kitchens, complete with all the appliances, make meal prep for a crowd easy. Two full living rooms mean plenty of space to spread out at the end of a fun day on the beach. The group will love dining alfresco on the large waterfront deck steps from the sand.

Because the home is so close to the water, it's easy to come home during the day for snacks. Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower after a day at the beach and head out to one of many nearby restaurants if you're not dining at home. Relax in the central AC with a little TV, complete with free cable, or post the day's pics to your social media accounts before bed. Six comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy. For your convenience, a private washer/dryer is available for use.
