New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

With an unabashed love of the contemporary with all the essence, charm, and size of an old Nags Head-style Southern mansion, this home spreads out over 3,000 square feet and nine-foot ceilings to truly provide a feeling of luxury. Each bedroom features a TV, while two bedrooms have direct access to the wrap-around lower deck with a private hot tub (with a new one coming in 2024). On the second level, the two-story oceanfront window wall illuminates the spacious great room with spectacular views of the ocean. The large dining room and well-equipped kitchen open up onto a graciously proportioned screened porch with ocean views and a Ping-Pong table. Feel free to cook up dinner on the private gas grill and take in the fresh air.

Beautiful and spacious house. High quality construction and furnishings. Plenty of room for our party of six (ten is definitely do-able, we didn't use the two beds in the loft). Vacasa services were very good as well.

Awesome ocean front home!

Great place to vacation with friends or family. This home has it all, and if you like the beach, you don't have to go anywhere. Fish, swim, or just relax.

Amazin Blue!

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the location. The only problem we had was the internet connection. Over all it is a great place and we would stay there again.

We had a lovely time in this rental home. The deck space was wonderful and gave everyone a little peace and quiet when needed. The inside main living area and upper deck were perfect for gathering. We spent of our time on the beach the access was one of the best we've been to, making trips to the beach easy!

Great house.

One of the best houses we have stayed in. Everything is labeled so there was no fumbling in the kitchen or locating the right fan or light switch. The house is very nicely furnished with great deck chairs. There are no down sides to this rental.

Best beach house

Thank you for the stay at your beautiful house. The proximity to the ocean was 2nd to none. The access to the beach was so close and perfect. The home was very clean and very well appointed and organized with labels for just about everything. This made finding things quite easy. The deck furniture was perfect.

The best beach house ever!

We loved everything! Clean, pretty, well-stocked, gathering space and quiet space, loft for the kids tv and toys, beautiful views, ping pong table, hot tub, screen porch, gas grill, elevator, downstairs fridge. There was just everything right about this house and everyone loved it. Beautiful beach to see the fireworks. Groceries etc so nearby.

Amaizin’ Blue was Amazing!!!

We have stayed all over OBX and this was our best vacation yet! The property was clean and extremely well stocked for needs. Beds were comfortable and appliances new. We spent more time than usual inside due to a storm and cv-19... but we didn’t care because the view was incredible! Being right on the beach is heaven! We have already reserved this home for next year!

Amaizin Blue is an Amazing house!

We loved the oceanfront view, layout of the house, the elevator, very clean, well supplied, beds comfortable, TV in every room, outdoor furniture comfortable and we like that we could sit up high and see over the deck, the ping pong table. We would definitely stay here. Best house I have ever stayed. A pool would have been nice at the house but we enjoyed the community pool. Thank you!

Toes In The Sand!

We loved this home! Vacasa was great to work with. This was our third year to the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest home we have been in. My sister broke her foot the week before we got there, since we had the elevator, she was able to get around easily. We loved being in the sand and so close to the water. This was also a great location for coffee, food, and shopping. We have already rebooked for next year.

Great House crappy beach

House and location is fantastic but the beach is gone. Their were 20’ dunes in front of the house to keep the waves from coming in. House is wonderful fully stocked with anything you can imagine or use. Everything is labeled which was very helpful.

Our family from the west coast, Arizona, Illinois, West Virginia came for a 2 week stay. It was perfect. Plenty of room, big kitchen, elevator for older folks needing help with stairs, an icemaker that never ran out of ice! Towels must have been upgraded because they were very nice. Views were spectacular! Very happy. We booked another 2 weeks in Oct of 2024.

Excellent stay!

Everything here was wonderful! Nicely stocked kitchen, fun games for the kids. The beach was a very short walk, which was great close distance to everything. Wonderful views and hot tub was nice! There weren’t any beach toys or things here downstairs, only beach chairs. The flies in the front were harsh at times playing basketball at night. Beds could be much more comfy. There were two bags of dirty laundry left on the front porch that never got picked up. And we weren’t able to check in for over an hour as expected because they were still cleaning. However, this place and location and overall house was neat! We’ll be back!

Will rebook this house

Comfortable house for the 8 of us. Great location, sunrises over the ocean with coffee on the deck are memorable. We had good neighbors which added to our fun. If you're unlucky to get the queen bed in the southeast corner. Just remove the frame and put the boxspring on the floor and you'll be good to go. The shower in the master bedroom is impressive, excellent water pressure. May want to bring a few extra dish towels, only one was provided. All other linens were well stocked and clean. Have delt with other management companies, found Vacasa to be top tier, very professional and responsive. Thank you owners for sharing your beautiful beach house, will rebook.

Upgrades to one master bath Second full refrigerator Separate icemaker Good for ten adults Elevator use for checking in and out. Few negatives. Sorry to see after several seasons of renting with Hatteras Realty that recycling is no longer available. Environmentally unfriendly. We transported five days worth of plastic etc to Buxton.

Awesome Home

Awesome home; wanted to talk with Owner but it was not granted to me!!! Wanted to rebook the same week next year and it quoted me $1000 MORE!!!!! No way!!! There are too many homes on a market for us to be taken advantage of!!!! Again, home was great and we want to stay at least 2x times next year and maybe 1x time this year but since the rates increased by that much AND we DISLIKE dealing with VACASA immensely; I assume we need to find another Home where we can vacation on a regular basis. Side note in regards to VACASA: You will never text/speak with someone local. As a customer; you are just a number. They use the same standard answers word for word until they have to use 1-2 sentences themselves. Most likely you will talk to someone in India that has no idea what is going on in Avon, NC!!! Those were our days: 1: Cleaning Co was in almost 1 hr linger; so we could not e tee until approx 6pm; which was an issue with my med problems that no one cared about. The home was still Dusty, lamp shades 3/4 off, windows dirty so my husband cleaned first. We contacted VACASA and received a call be t day; by then we already cleaned up. 2nd day: Internet outage 3rd day: Electricity outage in neighborhood but our neighbors had electricity!!! 4th day: Internet outage. Called/texted again only to find out that we had to call the local Internet co ourselves. 1-7th day: asked before and during booking sec times if we can have a late check-out because of my medical problems. 8 am they said No
