Be the envy of your friends when you show them the marvelous beachfront duplex that will be your next home away from home! Four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms make this retreat ideal for large families and groups. Private and direct beach access allows you to dig your toes in the warm and soft sands whenever you want.

This well-appointed oceanfront home features an inviting living area with a TV and unobstructed beach views, a dining table seating eight, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, multiple decks with incredible views, and an air hockey table in the bunkbed room. Peruse a collection of 40+ movies and CDs provided for your entertainment. Kid-friendly extras include a portable baby crib and stair gates.

Great beach house!

This was a wonderful house for our group of 6. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and you can't beat the easy access to the beach. I was originally worried about being close to the pier, but it was not an issue at all. Beach was not crowded. Hope to be back soon!

Great stay!

This was a great home by the beach. We enjoyed just walking out the back doors and right to the ocean. The access to the pier was great and we saw dolphins right outside on multiple occasions! So great!

Fun Family Vcacation home

This home was great for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. Including small details like well stocked kitchen, dishwasher tabs, small toiletries, basics for cleaning... Location was amazing as well.

Great location near the Seaview fishing pier which has a great little restaurant in it 
. Doesn’t look like much but got your moneys worth and great house 
 accommodated our family very well and equipped everything no need to pack extra items 
 pack n plays , baby gates , fully stocked kitchen, sand mats , games and much more !!!

Beautiful beach

Great location, layout, quiet beach, and walking access to pier. The property is in need of maintenance in regards to mold on walls and musty smells. Pictures are older than current state of the property.

We had a great stay.

The house was well maintained and clean. If I were going to complain about anything, the vent in the downstairs oceanfront bathroom needs cleaned, we replaced the shower curtain liner because it was pretty dirty and the balcony ceiling off of that bedroom needs repaired but these were very minor things that in no way hurt our 2 week stay. Would definitely book again.

Nice house

Great property. Had all the amenities I look for comfy couch, lots of seating, outdoor shower. Loved the lower deck and bedroom setup. Dishwasher silverware basket broken, ants in the kitchen all over counters, oven and stove broke on the second to last day. All fixable stuff on an otherwise great house!

Great Spot

The house was right next to the pier which we loved. Everything was provided right down to a knife sharpener. If we HAD to find something wrong it was the kitchen table. It’s sticky just because it needs refinished. But it really wasn’t a problem. That and some of the cups had been put away wet and were getting moldy. But again it wasn’t an issue. We just washed them and went about our stay. We will definitely book here again.

Mostly great except for the ants

Great view, good accommodations, good location
but the ants were everywhere inside the house. We noticed ant traps everywhere and understood why when we had to throw away several food items the next day after ants were found in normally stored food items. Afterwards, we purchased ant spray and bait (we left them there for the next guests) we called Vacasa who dispatched pest control on Thursday after we called them on Monday. We dealt with ants during our entire stay. We asked for some type of compensation as we threw out food, sprayed for the ants, purchased bug spray to help deal with them but they only responded with pest control 3 days after we called about the ant problem. If you don’t mind dealing with ants
 you will enjoy your stay.

Great location! Several property issues, but no deal-breakers

Overall Experience: The home’s oceanfront location and incredible views were standout features. Beds were comfortable. Deck furniture was high quality, and the house came stocked with towels, linens, beach umbrellas, and chairs. It’s close to our favorite local spots like Splash by the Sea and SeaView Pier. Cleanliness (3/5): Kitchen, bathrooms, and living area were clean, but trash was left under beds in 3 of 4 bedrooms, and there was garbage in the outdoor trash can. Some walls needed wiping down, particularly on the stairway. Property Condition (3/5): The home was nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable, but photos online don’t quite match the current appearance. Several maintenance and safety concerns included: ‱ Top floor master bedroom’s deck was completely blocked off. ‱ A lifted board on the oceanfront deck posed a tripping hazard. ‱ Sliding glass door in the oceanfront bedroom was difficult to use. ‱ The mid-level (with 3 bedrooms) was significantly hotter than the top floor despite similar thermostat settings; fans provided little relief and made sleep uncomfortable. ‱ The air hockey table was unusable due to missing pucks and weak air output which was a disappointment, as it was a key amenity the kids in our group were excited about. ‱ The Keurig malfunctioned frequently and required constant adjustments. ‱ The dishwasher broke twice, flooding the kitchen both times, and Vacasa only responded once, never resolving the issue. Water had to be shut off and items hand-washed. Several loads of laundry had to be done to wash the towels used to clean up the flooding. ‱ The kitchen lacked enough forks for a group of 9. Guest Service (2/5): Vacasa responded to initial texts but failed to follow through on resolving any of the reported issues. The technician sent to check the dishwasher was friendly and tried to help with the temperature and sliding door, but ultimately none of the problems were resolved during our stay. WiFi: Worked most of the time, though it was out for a full day. Resetting the modem manually fixed it. Final Thoughts: Despite the problems with the house itself, we had a very enjoyable vacation. Being right on the beach and soaking in the beauty of the island were our priorities, and those aspects did not disappoint. We didn’t let the issues with the house/Vacasa get in the way of a great trip, and we would still recommend the location for its incredible setting and overall experience.
