We really enjoyed our week! Location to restaurants and Morehead City was great! And the walk to the beach was very easy even with children! Communication with the host was excellent. And it was very well stocked with everything needed! This house is located in a nice quiet area with room for children to play outside! We will definitely consider this house again for our vacation!

Great location! We had a fantastic stay! The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay at with good location, overall enjoyed my stay. There were several very dirty/rusty vent covers and a moldy bathroom exhaust fan. Received several messages throughout my stay that felt a little pesky since I did not send any messages until the end of my stay.

I love the property. Great layout with sleeping rooms on the second floor and living room / kitchen on 3rd floor with lots of space and wonderful views. The kitchen was well outfitted and the rooms were clean. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. While I love the property, I have major concerns about VRBO and the fee structure involved. There was a Cleaning fee and an Administrative Fee and a Service Fee. And then there was an exorbitant Damage Deposit. This seems like a scam by VRBO to compel you to buy their insurance policy. I’d encourage owners and prospective renters to be aware of all these fees, and put pressure on VRBO to adopt a more reasonable model.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Stayed a full week with my family of 6. Plenty of space and room to move around. Plenty of extra amenities for use. And the place was clean and well stocked. Now for the best part. This location is incredible. It’s a stone throw away from the beach. Super easy to transport all your gear back and forth daily. Outdoor shower was convenient and the garage was awesome to store your gear. Now it does have steps to get to the upper floors. But wasn’t an issue with us. Don’t hesitate to book. This place is a gem.

Very short walk to beach!

House was as described. Place had everything we needed and was clean. Leaving the back door it took only a couple minutes to be on the beach!

Well stocked, nice views, perfectly clean

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that took me by surprise was that there are 2 flights of stairs up to living area(which was lovely!) Just be aware if you have bad knees!

Great stay

The accomodations at the house were very comfortable (beds, living room seating). The house was clean and was well equipped with kitchen accessories. Convenient location with a short, easy walk to the beach. The managers of the property stayed in communication if we needed anything, and provided all the necessay datails that left no unanswered questions. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Highly Recommend! This beach house is beautifully decorated and only one block from public access to your favorite place. Public Beach access has bathrooms and a shower which is also nice to unload all of your chairs, coolers and beach gear. Thanks for a memorable family vacation.

We found the property was just as presented and met all our expectations. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. It is very family friendly and it really is only a two minute walk to the beach! Our host, Mike, was awesome in every way. We had a lot of questions early on and Mike was always on top of things. Communications with Mike could not have been easier. He was always quick to respond and made things so easy for us. We highly recommend this property for a great beach getaway and we can not say enough good things about our host, Mike.
