Make your family's vacation memorable in this lovely, oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. This condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities desired for a great vacation! No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells!


This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have cleaned up, tuck them into either of the guest bedrooms with the two twin beds. When you make your way into your primary bedroom you will find your own private bath with a shower stall for a refreshing shower to help you relax before turning in.


Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. Across the street you will also find a day dock with a view so beautiful, you may never want to go home!

In this unit specifically, you get great views of the beach through large windows of the living space as well as the master bedroom, plus two separate balconies to enjoy the views! The access to the beach, ease of parking, and overall space was unmatched.

Our second stay at 219 and love the location. Plan on staying again next year if available. Would love TV’s in bedrooms to work better. Overall, great vacation and great condo on beach.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Close to the elevator and that was helpful for my disabled Viet Nam Veteran husband. It was clean and well furnished. We have stayed here 2 times and will definitely stay again if available. Our grandsons were able to join us and enjoyed the golfing in the area.

The view was amazing!!! The unit was very clean upon arrival. The extras that were provided such as soap, shampoo and conditioner were such a welcome addition. You don’t usually find that in a beach rental. Thanks for everything and see you next year!!!

Please fix elevator

Our third stay in this unit. Very clean, and the ocean views are fantastic. The pool is beautifully maintained. I would give five stars if the elevator hadn’t been out of order from Thursday through Monday the week we were there. Obviously made bringing in groceries and taking chairs and gear to the beach much harder. Hauling our suitcases down four flights of stairs at checkout was very difficult.

Amazing views; Inside needs work

Have rented many Dunescape Villas over the last 13 years. This unit had best views ever. Inside the unit not so great. Unit needs a lot of updates and.repairs. Patio glass door held together by duct tape, neither.patio door locked appeared to be due to rust, roach and ant.problems, terrible terrible master bedroom mattress.....very old dated furniture, including uncomfortable couch, in living area and 1 bedroom. Kitchen has ancient stove and.microwave. Very shoddy kitchenware. For $3700 per week you get spectacular views, but not much else. I am not sure I would rent this.unit again.
