Ideal for families or small groups, the home accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Just 17 minutes from Disney and less than 35 minutes from Universal, you’ll enjoy easy access to the parks while coming home to a peaceful, secure resort setting. Guests also enjoy full access to the clubhouse, resort pools, gym, and more!

• SeaWorld: 28-minute drive

• There is a residential parking next to the property building. Parking in the street or on the grass is not allowed. If there are more cars, it's possible to park at the clubhouse just 4 minutes of walking distance.
• There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard
