Rental Agreement & Terms

All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of stay. By booking, you agree to the following:

• You accept and will comply with our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID must be provided before check-in.

• You understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property owner or management.

• You agree that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



Guests must complete all verification requirements within 24 hours of booking. For same-day reservations, information must be provided within 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification requirements.



Pet Policy

Pets may be allowed depending on size. Please disclose any pets before booking to avoid cancellations. The following per-pet cleaning fees apply:

• 1–4 Nights: $25 per night

• 5–29 Nights: $200

• 30+ Nights: $300
