The Space:
Slip back in time at this classic beach cottage with modern upgrades and charm. Indulge in an intimate seaside escape at Sea Spray Beach Cottage B, outfitted to be both cozy and elegantly chic. You will surely enjoy the calming coastal hues and contemporary touches that make this an unmissable getaway. Thoughtfully renovated with comfort and convenience in mind, this cottage boasts beautiful wood flooring, luxurious beds, and an updated kitchen and baths without losing any of its Old Florida styles. Step out back to enjoy the sounds of seagulls and refreshing sea breezes while barbequing on the private gas grill. On your left, you are greeted by the peaceful Intracoastal Waterway with a public boat ramp and fishing pier and the silvery sands of the Gulf of Mexico to your right. The beach access boardwalk is steps away from the glistening waters of the Gulf just beyond. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The main suite presents a cool-toned escape dressed in luxurious linens. The en suite main bathroom is elegantly encased by glass tiling with a walk-in shower. The inviting second bedroom hosts seaside-inspired décor and an adjoining bathroom tastefully tiled with a shower/tub combination. A serene third bedroom boasts soothing neutral shades.

Treasure Island is located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that 'Old Florida' feel. Treasure Island is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches and makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is centrally located between St. Pete Beach and the infamous John's Pass Boardwalk, where you will find a classic mix of restaurants, bars, shopping, and various attractions at either spot. We loved this beach cottage! It is in the perfect location, right on the beach, and walking distance to all of the coolest restaurants and shoppes on the pass.

Exceeds Expectations!

We have never been to Florida, and had no idea what a cute town we were coming to! The beach was beautiful and truly just a few steps away. We walked to John’s Pass a couple times, had great dining experiences, kayaked at Fort DeSoto (wildlife galore), and did the beach every day. Great vacation and a great house, which was well equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable.

Labor Day Weekend

Seaspray B was perfect for our family. There was room to spread out and a large room with plenty of seating to be together. Everything we needed was at hand - equipped kitchen, comfy beds and enough hot water for all of us to shower. The beach is a short walk away and John’s Pass Village is very close. We loved it!

Loved it!

We loved our stay here! We came here with our two kids for spring break and had the best time. The house is cute and comfy and just a short walk on a boardwalk down to the beach. Very close to Johns Pass and all the restaurants. Caddy’s in Treasure Island on the beach was our favorite! There are a couple small maintenance issues that should be addressed soon like the front door lock is a little finicky, but overall we were thrilled with the place! Would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in the area

Graduation Trip

This spot is a classic lil gem right off the beach. You have public access right out your front door!! Water pressure was great in the showers. AC worked wonderful. The bedroom in the back... the bed.. its so loud!! Take that how you want. Lol.

Great classic beach cottage

Clean and comfortable beach cottage. Furnishings and beds comfortable with small outdoor patio with grill, table and chairs. The kitchen was not as well equipped for us (shortage of larger bowls for serving and meal prep, but we made it work.) Check the grill gas supply before as we ran out in the middle of making dinner, quick trip down the street and we we back cooking in about 15 minutes. Bikes and beach chairs in the storage space were a big bonus. The easy access to the beach, clean comfort and friendly staff at Teeming Vacation Rentals will encourage us to stay at their properties in the future.

Hardly relaxing

Nice home. Great location. Near beach and John’s Pass. Spent most of the first 4 days on phone and texting about issues with internet, cable, door lock code, terrible smell and flys in patio area. Issues resolved after 4 days. Still communicating with management over compensation due for issues.

Misleading description

We specificly needed 3bed/3 bath place. This place was advertised as such. In reality it is 3 bed/2.5 bath. On top of that, half bath is basically a converted walk-through hallway accessible only through the kitchen with a shower curtain for toilet door.

Wonderful house Squeaky Bed

This little beach cottage was adorable and in a great location, so close to the beach. There is public parking right by the house so it did get noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only issue we had was that the master bed was so squeaky. Every time my husband or I moved it would squeak, waking us both up. We slept terribly. Our kids said their beds were comfortable.
