Great stay at a fantastic location

We love this location at IRB. We have stayed here twice and live the amenities and the short walk to great food and drinks. Highly recommend. We had 4 adults, 3yo, 1 yo. Plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect paradise!

This place had everything our family needed for a perfect week on the beach. We have stayed at many IRB beach condos and this is our favorite. Comfortable beds, great balcony, great location, clean and updated! The condo had everything we needed for the beach, too! All the guests, or maybe owners, we super friendly too! Only downside was we did not see the pool cleaned and water levels checked daily, the first few days the water was too murky and we didn't get in, but that was ok. We will be back!

Location excellent, hot tub didn't work and tv wouldn't stay on correct input. Overall was an great time. I would stay again.

Great stay overall!

Everything was great! Lots of beach toys/chairs. We had an issue with one of the toilets not working but the property manager came over later that day and fixed it.

Thanksgiving vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach condo. Communication from management was great and check-in was a breeze. The condo was well provisioned and had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The heated pool, hot tub and beautiful beach were right out the back door and shopping and nice restaurants were within walking distance. It’s a perfect place for a great beach vacation.

A most memorable January

We spent the entire month in this beautiful beach paradise. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and very spacious but the most spectacular memory would have to be the beach, water and sunsets. Thank you Vacasa for a vacation that turned out to be just as wonderful as it was presented to us!!

Nicest condo in Indian Rocks Beach

This was a perfect condo on the gulf, walk to restaurants and shops, out of the congested areas of Clearwater, we’ve been vacationing for 7 years with family and this by far was the best, pool and hot tub was awesome and the facility was clean as a pin. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back and rent again!

Very enjoyable

Overall the property was as described. Was rather dark, but that isn’t the owners fault, just the way it’s built. Easy place to walk around to eat and drink. Our only complaint would be the stomping of feet from above.

Very nice place, but in need of some attention. For example, the turntable in the microwave doesn't turn, and the kitchen faucet is loose. Nothing major. Other than that, the place is great. Great location, comfortable.

This is the 4th year we have returned to Indian Rocks Beach. but the first time at Oceanside. The location is ideal- walking distance to most of the shops/restaurants in town. As other reviews have mentioned, you can hear muffled noises from the upstairs neighbors. It was noticeable only 1-2x during our stay. The unit is newly updated and tastefully decorated, including new flooring and new sliding doors. Of course, the unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico is the real show stopper.

Beach front condo

Overall the condo was nice. The WiFi codes provided did not work, after 1/2 hour hot it straightened out. The keys to the pool had only one set that worked. The other 3 sets did not. The kitchen was in need of a set of decent knives and a cutting board. The fridge ice dispenser did not work.

Janis, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you thought our home was nice! That said, we apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. To clarify, the correct WiFi information was listed in your check-in documents and also in the information binder left in the home. Our local manager noted that sometimes guests have to turn WiFi off and back on to connect when signing on to a new network and we regret any inconvenience. Additionally, we're sorry you had issues with the pool keys and want to note that they are working properly. We wish you would have reported the ice maker during your stay so we could have repaired it and are glad to say it has been addressed. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to host you again.

Stay on Indian Beach

Condo was very nice but tub dirty when we arrived. No bath mat in master bath. Not we’ll supplied - only 4 teaspoons in unit, no storage containers, etc. our contact person seemed put out when I called to get info. Paid a lot . Pool never cleaned the entire week nor sand swept from mats or steps. Steps to beach need a rail. At 86 we’re difficult to get up and down.

Love the Beach/location

Love the location. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The unit itself needs a really good DEEP clean. It’s very dirty. Plus there are several maintenance issues. Lamps don’t work, dishwasher weather strips are coming off, frig handle coming off, kitchen faucet broken/hanging and washing machine is moldy. A paint job can also go a very long way, especially a lighter color since there are no windows in the unit. A fan would also be good on the balcony, it is impossible to enjoy sitting on the balcony and even enjoy the beautiful view because it’s so stuffy and has no airflow. Our stay was an overall good family experience however.
