This home is 50 yards from the beach and about 300 yards from the Seabrook Beach Club. A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for the daily fee. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an indoor pool). This gorgeous vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV with over 100 available channels, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
