The Space:

This incredible cottage is waiting for you and your family for your next getaway! You'll have access to a shared pool, tennis courts, on-site golf, and a gym facility. There's also a playground near the home where your kids can play! The cottage itself comes with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, private laundry facilities, and modern amenities such as cable TV and free WiFi to keep you connected with friends and family. Leave your electric vehicle to charge at the cottage, and spend your mornings eating breakfast on the deck with beautiful views of the golf course.



This cottage includes a Seabrook Island amenity card at no additional fee. The fee is usually $50/day or $300/week, so this is a great added benefit of this property. The amenity card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a fitness center). Please note that the fitness center, indoor pool, golf, equestrian activities, and tennis require additional usage fees.

Great place and we enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that the dryer was not functioning. Had to dry our clothes all over the house.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect villa- just as pictured! We had everything we needed as it was well supplied with linens/towels, kitchen supplies, toiletries. Beautiful tucked away location on golf course lots of privacy. We loved it.

Great Location on Seabrook

Really nice little house less than a mile from beach access. We stayed with our three boys and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rented bikes and the boys had fun exploring the island. Overall we had a very relaxing week.

One of our favorite stays in Seabrook

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as pleasant and relaxing as the first stay was. We love Seabrook in general, and this property gave us easy access to the beach, pools, and enjoyable bike rides and walks. The beds were very comfortable (something we don't take for granted!), the kitchen is well-stocked, the area is very quiet, and we love the privacy and ease of having the whole cottage to ourselves. The screened-in porch was wonderful for breakfasts, afternoon naps, and just hanging out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

Location—perfectHouse size—perfectKing Bed—perfectCottage was nasty on arrival like it was not even cleaned. We found trash for days after we arrived in the couches, behind the TV, in the closets and drawers. There were cigar butts on the patio windows. Mold around the lights in the living room. Beds were filthy on arrival (think sand, hair, dirt) so we had to do the sheets, which was hard because the dryer was broken. It took 2 days for them to dry. The only TV in the unit did not work the whole week we were there. The couches are stained and nasty (with the amount we paid for our week there, new couches could have been bought.) Don’t try to use the outlet in either bathroom if you have an electronic golf cart that requires charging—you can’t use both!

This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these issues during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the trash, cigar butts, mold, and bedding concerns to our attention, as well as the problems with the dryer, TV, and bathroom outlets. Issues

We drove our motorcycle 877 miles in 2 days to arrive at Seabrook Island. When we got to the guard shack we were told that motorcycles are not allowed on their island. Nothing was stated in our contract. Cockroaches were in our home when we arrived. They were treated for the next day. We had them again on Friday night before we left .

They have never been allowed on the island, and we would have notified you of the regulation had we realized your travel plans. The palmetto bugs do like the environment this home is in which is why we regularly treat the home. Thank you!

Offensive new policy at the Beach club

Loved the house. Getting “accurate” information about parking was non existent from the VACASA staff although they were very nice. They did not have a clue about the parking. And the new towel policy at The Beach Club is particularly offensive to me……charging $5.00 per towel per day with a policy that does not allow one to bring one’s own towel …..well, just not acceptable to me. …..a definite deterrent for me to rent again in Seabrook.

Fun on Seabrook

We had a great time ../ very cute cute cottage . Rented bikes and just chilled . The only complaints we had were issue with the TV ( needs to be instructions … 3 remotes ) . We also couldn’t get the backdoor to lock . There is a small bit of mold around the skylights that needs to be taken care of . We have skylights so I know how the moisture goes works on them. None of these were huge issues .. just things that need to be addressed.

Family Trip

Location and home were great! Seabrook Island is a wonderful location for a family vacation. I love that there are kid and adult pools. There are different things to do like restaurants, horses, and maybe just a beach day. Either way the kids get their energy out and one can still relax. There is also a Harris teeter near so you can get the things needed. Charleston is also just a drive away and it’s a fun city to visit. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The house has towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer available, everything you need for the family. The parking was private and very convenient. There is also a back screened porch which was nice because you didn’t have to worry about the critters. Having the amenity card available was great because it gives you access to all the pools and areas (remember to plan ahead of time to get the cards, since one has to request them via email or in person but it takes them time to give them to you. They will send you all the information ahead of time but look at everything before you arrive). Overall it was a great home and we appreciate you allowing us to stay! We will definitely visit again!
