Le condo dispose de 2 chambres à coucher, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, grande salle avec grande télévision par câble. Lanai expansive entoure le condo avec une vue impressionnante sur le parcours de golf et le mont. Mauna Kea, la plus haute montagne des États-Unis continentaux. Le condo est équipé de WIFI, de 2 télévisions par câble et d’un téléphone (appels au Canada et locaux gratuits). 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Kailua-Kona.

Grande salle est très confortable avec beaucoup de places assises pour profiter de votre séjour. Jouez à des jeux à la table de la salle à manger avec nos jeux ici ou avec les favoris que vous avez apportés. Savourez un repas fait maison dans la cuisine entièrement équipée ou promenez-vous dans l'un des nombreux restaurants du quartier commerçant King ou Queens Court. La chambre principale a un lit king size confortable avec une salle de bains privative, une double vasque et une très grande douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre peut être ouverte sur la grande salle ou fermée pour créer une deuxième chambre. Détendez-vous sur la véranda tout en profitant des sons tropicaux de la brise chaude et des oiseaux tropicaux.

Faites une partie de golf au club de golf Waikaloa Beach Resort. Réductions offertes aux invités. Promenez-vous sur la plage Anaeho’omazlu (A-Bay) et profitez d’une journée de surf et de sable. Après une journée au soleil, rafraîchissez-vous avec une boisson rafraîchissante au Lava Lava Beach Club et écoutez des artistes locaux jouer pour les clients du restaurant. Vous trouverez des articles de plage dans le placard du lanai du condo.

Excellent Stay

Fantastic unit in a quiet, well maintained complex with a great location. Extremely well appointed with everything you need. Close walk to beach, stores, and restaurants. The owners provide very clear information and are excellent communicators. Would stay again.

We felt at home the whole time!

Property was immaculate, it was very warm and welcoming upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the towels were soooo soft. Communication with the owners was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The double lani with the loungers/chairs and patio table were all very comfortable!

Perfect Condo

We loved staying in this luxurious and spacious ground floor condo. It faces Mauna Kea on the golf course and the sunrises are stunning. The unit has a lovely Hawaiian theme and the linens and towels are high quality. The kitchen is well equipped and includes many staples. The owner’s attention to detail helps create a relaxing and fulfilling vacation.

Wonderful property….first time visiting the Big Island and the location was very walkable in all directions. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping center. Quiet and beautiful view of golf course. Would definitely recommend 💕

Wonderful Waikoloa

What a wonderful place to stay! We loved being able to walk out and watch the golfers go by. This unit is very spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and found a close place to park to bring our gear! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The hosts, Terry and Nancy, have designed an exceptionally well-furnished condo with a great kitchen, excellent beds and baths, tasteful decor, a relaxing lanai, and an extensive collection beach gear (fins, snorkels, etc.). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful ten days in paradise. The condo has everything you need and more. Very quiet and peaceful right on the Lakes golf course of Waikoloa. Owner is very nice and helped with questions we had immediately. We will return to this unit in the future. Mahalo!

Wonderful condo in an excellent location!

This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. Very nicely furnished. Terry and Nancy were great hosts and very friendly. The condo is in a great location walkable to restaurants and shops, as well as the beach for great sunset watching. The pool area was great for the kiddos. Would definitely come back. Mahalo!

Great vacation spot!

We have vacationed in this area many times. This was the best condo we’ve had. Clean, quiet, beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountain, close to the ocean & walking distance to the shopping areas. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we would need. The pool is an unheated lap pool, so we didn’t spend much time there. We were so happy with our stay and had a wonderful time! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Condo

Everything was suburb. Condo was exceptionally clean, amenities ++, close to everything, very peaceful next to the golf greens, from lanai sun rise, had many dinners on the lanai dining table & having the George Forman was a bonus. Very close to walk to A-beach & shops. Would recommend this condo & would love to come back here again. ☀️😎

Wonderful property managed by amazing people

Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay in this Vista Waikoloa condo. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked. We appreciated all of the kitchen items (including tupperware) as well as the access to beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. All the small things were attended to and we even got a text during our stay from the owners about some local entertainment happening that our kids really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful home

Family of 4 stayed in the condo for 7 days. It was the perfect launchpad for our big Island adventure. The condo is well maintained with lovely decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great and the location is amazing. Walking distance to A-Bay and a short drive to the most gorgeous beaches. Coffee, groceries, shave ice and restaurants all a short walk. It's about 40mins from Kona, 30 to Waimea and a little over an hour to Hilo. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the island.

BIG Island Gem

We found the condo to be very comfortable and well stocked for daily living. The only trips to the grocery store were to buy food and drinks. The condo was already supplied with soap, laundry detergent and necessities. The Tradewinds blew every evening right through the condo keeping it nice and cool, we rarely had to use the AC. The grounds are gated and felt secure. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time! A great condo with great hosts. Terry got right back to me when I had a couple of questions. I messaged him through the VRBO website and he called me within minutes. The condo is clean and comfortable. Beach things available and plenty of beach and pool towels. A great location within Waikoloa Beach Resort, ground floor and on the golf course. We loved it.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. As others have noted, it is incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. It is obvious that a lot of care and consideration go into making sure that it is comfortable for gas, has a fabulous kitchen that as well stocked with anything you could need to cook, very comfortable linens and tons of towels, and all kinds of great beach equipment. We really enjoyed being in Vista Waikoloa, which was very quiet, had a lovely pool, an easy walk to beach and other resort points of interest. This unit worked really well for our family that included a toddler, and we would love to stay here again. Many thanks

Could not have been better

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals, but this was the cleanest and most comfortable one we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, with high quality appliances & glassware. The bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We appreciated the welcoming gift upon arrival and the owners were highly responsive. We appreciated them accommodating a pre-arrival request we made of them, and it's clear that they take great care to make the stay enjoyable for guests. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and took full advantage of the lovely pool and gym. Had two great meals at the adjacent restaurant/bar - Tropic Ale House, and the Lava Lave Beach Club was also fun and walkable. Couldn't recommend this place more. Hope to come back soon!

Friends of ours own condos in the same complex and they were kind enough to let us join them. From the very first time, We just felt very comfortable. The area in very clean and well kept. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just a beautiful place to sit back and relax, or go for a long walk.
