Private home next to snowmobile access trail with stunning winter views!

Enjoy the privacy of your own home with sledding and trails less than 5 minutes to Sugarloaf parking lots! Located just past the Sugarloaf Access Road on a private, dead-end road. Our timber frame, post and beam home has a large, covered deck and sits right on a snowmobile access trail which connects to Caribou Pond Rd. Bright living space with stunning wintertime views of Sugarloaf. The 1st floor has a Queen bedroom and open kitchen/living space. The 2nd floor has a large loft with oversized couch, TV, and private master bedroom. The basement has a pool table, ping pong, TV area, and a bedroom with two full size bunk beds (top bunk is a twin).

This is our home away from home so expect shared coffee and cooking supplies in the cabinet, non-perishables in the pantry, and condiments in the fridge. The house will be stocked with PT and TP. If you finish something off, please replenish. There will be a locked closet or two where owners will keep some personal items. The garage is not available for parking vehicles or machines during your stay.

We are snowmobile and ATV friendly! The trail that runs through our property to Caribou Pond Road isn't professionally groomed and maintained by a club, but locals and experienced riders use it all winter to access trail systems. The JV Wing Snowmobile Club grooms the trails from the Carrabassett Valley Transfer Station which is directly across from Caribou Pond Road.

We have smart TVs in the basement and 2nd floor loft so you can access available apps. There is no TV on the first floor, and we do not have cable.

We have a finished studio apartment above the detached garage. When our home is rented our family will likely be occupying the studio. It’s a completely separate building, plenty of parking for all.
