Just three miles from the coast, you can be enjoying the sea breeze and unforgettable sunsets in just a few minutes. The charming fishing village of Matlacha, with its colorful galleries and restaurants, is only eight minutes away, and the popular Cape Royal Golf Club is about ten minutes away. Marinas, picturesque Cape Harbour, and numerous restaurants serving international cuisine are also within easy reach.
