Bedrooms:

3 spacious bedrooms each feature plush king-size beds with premium linens for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom is located on the main level floor. The other three bedrooms are upstairs!

The fourth bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Bathrooms:

Enjoy spa-like relaxation with heated floors in both the master and guest bathroom upstairs — a true touch of luxury, especially on cool mornings.

Kitchen:

Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. Loud noise and music on the deck and in the backyard are not tolerated. We have neighbors!

We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.

We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.

Examples:

You are booking a stay with 6 people and inviting over 8 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

We also please ask that your pets are trained and that you do NOT allow them on any of the indoor furniture.
