Welcome to our spacious home in the heart of Hendersonville!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

- Cozy up to the gas fireplace or head outdoors and enjoy the 6 person hot tub, back deck, or flagstone patio with fire table.

- Our home is less than a block from the future Ecusta Trail, a 15 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Main Street Hendersonville with all the quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Spacious but Cozy:
Even larger groups will enjoy plenty of space with the Combined Great room with Living, Dining and Kitchen and vaulted ceiling.

Where you`ll Sleep:
- Master suite with king bed and ensuite bath with shower.
- Two bedrooms with Queen beds
- Bunk room with two single beds
- Second bathroom is in hall between the two queen bedrooms and includes a tub/shower combo.

Amenities to please everyone:
-A front porch with rocking chairs and back porch with dining table give this home plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy.
-The garage houses a multi-use space with table tennis, corn hole and a basketball for use with the goal at the driveway.
-An outdoor patio space includes a gas fire table and hot tub with plenty of seating for all guests.
-Enjoy a walk or bike ride down the nearby Eucusta trail on one of the provided bikes.

1. Bikes provided for your enjoyment, you agree to use them at your own risk. All children under 16 are required to wear a helmet when riding a bike. (guests must provide their own helmets)
2. Please only park vehicles in the driveway, never on the street.
3. We welcome dogs only. No other animals (unless a service animal) allowed.
4. Dogs should never be left alone outside or inside. If not in the fenced dog run, we recommend keeping them on a leash. Dogs should always be leashed in public spaces. We ask that you crate your dog if going out for a short while or utilize local doggie day care if leaving for more than a couple hours.
5. Please do not allow dogs to sleep in the beds.
6. All trash must be placed in trash bags before putting in rolling trash bin located behind house.
7. We want you to enjoy the hot tub and we care about guest safety. Spa cover should be on the hot tub and clipped when not in use. Please never sit or stand on hot tub cover.
