The Space:

Welcome to 28 Surf Scoter, your unparalleled beachside paradise located just 100 steps from the Atlantic. This expansive, beautifully appointed home blends upscale finishes with thoughtful amenities, creating a luxurious retreat for large groups or multi-family stays!



Outside, the property greets you with a lushly landscaped oasis featuring a private pool, hot tub, multiple seating areas, a built-in bar with a Bull grill, and an outdoor shower, all designed for privacy and enjoyment. A wraparound deck with rocking chairs and a screened porch with outdoor dining invite leisurely moments in the fresh sea air.



Inside, soaring cathedral ceilings and skylights create an open, luminous atmosphere. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and second oven), abundant cabinetry, and generous workspace. The dining area seats ten at the table, plus five counter seats, and an adjoining kitchenette table adds seating for four more.



On the main level, there are three bedrooms. The first master suite has a king bed, smart TV, direct porch access, and a spa-like bath with tub and walk-in shower. A second master offers similar comforts and porch access via French doors. A third bedroom features a queen bed and its own smart TV.



The ground level is equally thoughtful: a den opens to the pool and features a queen pull-out sofa, 60" smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and a workspace. Four additional bedrooms await: two with queen beds, one with two twins, and a dedicated bunk room with two double bunks (four twin beds). Each has its own bathroom. A laundry room with full washer/dryer and extra refrigerator rounds out the lower level.



This home includes free WiFi, smart TVs, Keurig, keyless entry, and more. The beach path is conveniently located beside the home. Please note a four-night minimum stay, pool size 26×20 (heatable for an extra fee), and that pets are not allowed.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

* Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Do not park on the grass or the street, parking is only permitted in the driveway.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
