The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or at the beach, with both direct sun or shaded areas. Outdoor area includes large private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, pool level bathroom, large screened in porch, covered sitting area with flatscreen smart TV, covered eating area, ping pong table, corn hole, gas grill, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, and a conveniently located refrigerator, freezer and ice maker at pool level. Load up the wagon with chairs, cooler, and beach toys and take the short 2 minute walk to the beach.

The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize, eat, and relax together in the large open space. Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 12 person high top table, 10 person dining table, huge sectional, 2 seating areas, large Flat Screen TV, that opens to the screened in porch, and allows everyone to dine and relax in one location. Also included on the main floor is the laundry, half bath, and Primary Bedroom.

We try to anticipate your needs at 7 Laurel Lane. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything need to host everything from a Low Country Cookout to a full Thanksgiving Feast. There are 12 full size beach towels for your outdoor needs. We have included a wagon, folding beach chairs for your days on the beach. Arrival and departing the house has been made a breeze with an Elevator that runs from the ground floor and stops at each floor. There are 9 smart TV’s throughout the house, with strong WiFi signal throughout the house, porch, and pool deck. We have included Ping Pong, Corn Hole, and Bocci Ball.
