This beautiful and CLEAN STUDIO is located at the sought after ST. JOHNS INN located in the serene North End of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile"
The cozy space features :
Comfy King Bed complete with all linens for a serene night's sleep.
Fresh, modern, updated efficiency kitchen. Perfect for preparing a quick snack or heating up last night's leftovers.
All Bath linens are provided as well as a starter supply of paper products.
The elevator is at the far end of the building.
Paid laundry room on premises.
You will love our ultra-private balcony. We are one of only 10 units at St. Johns Inn that face South, so you can enjoy the late afternoon and evening sun. (2nd Floor- no one beneath you). Our balcony does not look over to any other condo unit balconies. Very private.
If you look to the east, you will get a glimpse of the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean, and if you look to the west, you will see amazing marsh views and perhaps even a sunset. There is a small creek that runs directly in front of the balcony that separates your condo a multi-million dollar privately owned home.
Much quieter and peaceful than balconies looking back at each other.
The Outdoor Pool and Hot tub are located just steps away, directly behind the condo.
Beach access is just across the street. (2-3 minute walk). PERFECT. Two public beach accesses 67/69 st. both with wash off stations.
Best of all worlds. Wonderful CLEAN UPDATED home base for your Myrtle Beach visit.
St John's Hotel is a mid-century 3-story motel that just recently underwent a 4+ million dollar renovation. If you do not like crowds, this is the place for you. Don't fight the crowds at the high-rise units, wait at check-in lines, or spend time waiting for an elevator (We do have an elevator at far end of the building if you wish) or maneuver their parking garages, relax in part of Myrtle Beach History.
Within walking distance of eateries such as River City Cafe, Pizza and Ice Cream Shop, Fiesta Mexicana, and Starbucks Coffee Shop.
Just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport.
Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided.
The Perfect location when coming to our area, midway between both Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.
Quiet Residential area. No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or mopeds are allowed. NO PETS and NON SMOKING both inside the condo or out on the balcony.
We rent to ages 23+, mature and responsible guests only.
1-2 guests total.

We love this property due to it's wonderful location. We like the history of the mid century building and the simplicity. Clean, well kept with basics such as pool and hot tub. Loved not having to deal with a elevator if we didn't want to, and not dealing with multi level parking garages. Absolutely love that our unit is one of few that face south to enjoy the sun longer periods especially in the off season. Loved the privacy of our balcony and the fact we can still see the ocean as well as the marsh, creek and birds. It was time to get back to the simple things after owning multiple hi rise units directly on the ocean. I have always been a five star super host and wished to continue doing so but at a slower pace. I promise to provide you a worry free CLEAN updated stay in a nice area. We have never purchased a property that we would not want to personally stay in, or in a area ourselves.
I have been a 5 Star Superhost for 5+ years and had been dealing with parking garages and elevators and screaming children at the pool all hours, I wanted a place that I did not have to deal with any of that! I just wanted to park on flat ground, walk up a flight of stairs, enjoy a quiet environment with a private balcony and look out at the beautiful views, I did not need ocean front and the congestion that comes with it. This has that all and in such a great area. I have not missed the high-rise, oceanfront at all. The pool is just outside the door behind me, and the ocean is just across the street.

Location, Location Location. Golden Mile is our personal home area as well as this condo and I love this area. Plus the balcony cannot be beat, away from pool noise and so relaxing with beautiful views (even a peek of the ocean). Love that it does not look back at any other condo balconies.
Within a few blocks of walking you will find River City Cafe for great sandwiches, wings and onion rings. Starbucks. Fiesta Mexicana which is probably the best Mexican in the area. Flamingo Grill. Lots of various beach front bars and restaurants in the bigger buildings.across the street as well. Midway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Totally renovated Mid Century building. Everything you need and not a lot of things you don't use anyway. Love that it is small scaled back property just across street from beach.
Great to see all the multi-million dollar homes around our condo and see the ocean/beach in it's more natural state.
Love the private balcony and not seeing all the other balconies at the resort, or hear the noise from the pool and hot tub area in season.
I love the southern-facing balcony so pretty much year around I can set there and feel the sun and warmth on my face 12 months a year. I have not missed being direct ocean front with all the noises, waiting for an elevator, or trying to find a parking spot on 3 different floors in a hard-to-park parking garage. I love the simplicity of being at the beach without all the hastle. I enjoy bicycling the area as there are plenty of bike lanes. Everything is so convenient, but it is always so nice to return back to Seaside Hideaway.
