🔸Upon entering, you'll see the dining room to your right with a dining table that comfortably seats 8, but can extend to seat up to 12. The built in hutch has board games to keep your group busy for many hours.



🔹Through the dining room you'll see the main level living room with large sofa and conversation chairs. The open concept allows you to interact with those in the dining area while in the living room - perfect for large groups or families to mingle.



🔸Walking back through the dining room, you'll find the main level bedroom with a queen bed with 50" smart TV



🔹Steps away is the fully stocked kitchen w/ a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances kids high chair and childrens dinnerware.

Guest Access:

▪️We have two parking spaces in the garage and 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed. Visitors or day parking on the street is allowed, but all overnight parking must in the garage or driveway.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet and family orientated neighborhood just 3 blocks off Broadway Street. Its about a 2 min walk to Bowman Park.



Getting Around:

Walking to Broadway Street is recommended and one of the best parts about the location of this property. Otherwise car will be your best bet.



Other Things to Note:

🔸The basement is not temperature controlled, so it can be colder or warmer than the rest of the house depending on the time of the year. It is recommended to keep the basement door open to allow air flow from the main level to level out the temperature. We do have a baseboard heater in the basement to use during colder days, and a fan for warmer days.



🔹While you may be visiting, your actions during your stay are permanent to the neighborhood and potentially our business. We kindly ask you to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. That means no yelling, screaming, or loud music outside during these hours. Noise travels further than you may think :)



🔸Two pets maximum per stay. A pet fee will apply at checkout so please be sure to include pets on the initial reservation under "guest count".



🔹Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause
