entrally located within the resort, this lakefront property is only as short walk from the Main Clubhouse Complex and all the fun amenities Spring Brook has to offer. The Log Cabin is secluded on a wooded lot, yet conveniently accessible. The large driveway can comfortably fit four vehicles.

Lakeshore Lodge comes with two bedrooms with TVs (one with a king bed and the second - with a queen size bed) on the main level, private bathroom off to the king bedroom, shared additional bathroom. Fully stocked contemporary kitchen with gas oven and oversized 8ft island offer the space and the amenities you will need for those family meals and friends' gatherings. Open concept Great Room features 16ft pine vaulted ceilings, fire place, seating area and a large TV.

The lower level comes with two additional bedrooms with TVs (one with a queen bed, second - with two full size beds) and a third full bathroom accessible to all. The Game/Family room comes with a large TV, seating area with a queen size sofa sleeper, wet bar and a foosball table. Full size washer and dryer also available in the lower level.

The cabin comes with a large deck with plenty of seating, fire pit and gas grill, overlooking Spring Brook Lake - perfect spot for those summer evenings around the campfire. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 + tax per dog apply, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. The home is also just a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 12, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
