Golf Cart Rental Available
Golf carts are available for rent through a trusted third-party provider and can be delivered directly to the home for your stay. It’s a fun and convenient way to explore the resort and nearby amenities. Drivers must follow Reunion West community rules and Florida regulations.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home: all bedrooms/bathrooms, game room, and the private pool & spa.
Note: No access to resort clubhouse, water park, or other shared amenities.

Parking

Free parking on driveway (fits up to 4 vehicles)
Park only in designated spots — no street or grass parking
Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense
Be considerate of neighbors and local regulations

Self-Catering & Starter Supplies

This is a self-catering home; we provide a starter kit to get you going:
1 dish sponge • 1 small dish detergent • 3 dishwasher pods
1 roll paper towels • 1 trash bag per bin (+3 extras)
1 roll toilet paper per bathroom • 1 small bar soap per bathroom
2 mini shampoos per bathroom
Washcloths are not provided.
No food/drinks on beds or carpets, please.

Full bedding on all beds (sheets, pillows, blankets)

House is professionally cleaned before each stay. Mid-stay cleanings available for a fee. No daily housekeeping.
Trash: bag and place in the outdoor bench/bin daily.

Pool & Spa Essentials

Spa shares the same heating system as the pool (it’s not a standalone hot tub).
Typical heat-up time 8–12 hours; heater may shut off in cold temps to protect equipment.
No refunds for weather-related issues.
Routine pool service is Wednesdays (subject to change for weather or availability). Techs access outdoor area only.

UPS/DHL/FedEx/USPS typically deliver directly to the home.
Ensure name and address match your reservation.
We’re not responsible for lost/delayed/returned packages.
For time-sensitive items, use tracked shipping and avoid weekend drop-offs.
