- Parking: 6 assigned parking + street parking
- Quiet hours / respectful groups: Great for families and group trips—no events and keep noise respectful, especially at night; we have neighbors.
- Coded entry + check-in: Keyless entry with clear instructions; early check-in or late checkout when available for a fee.
