This is a great place to stay in the Dilworth area. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The screened side porch goes right to the parking lot making coming in and out a breeze. The apartment was clean and well supplied. The neighborhood was very family and pet oriented; walking our dog a couple times a day was a pleasure. Doug’s communication was spot on and I’m sure if we’d had any issues (there were none) he would have been on top of it. We will definitely consider renting here again.

The location of the apartment in Dilworth was perfect for us as we spent much of our town in South End. Great for walking, shopping and enjoying restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again. Check in, check out and parking were super easy. One thing I would note is that there were not enough outlets for today's connected world. A few more extension cords would be of help. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Magnolia Avenue

We have stayed at this property twice when visiting our daughter who lives close by. It is very convenient and we love the neighborhood. The property is clean, comfortable and easy to work with, we will definitely use again.

Cozy convenient condo

We came to Charlotte to celebrate Christmas with our son. This condo was so convenient to his place and everywhere else we wanted to go. Loved how it is decorated, it made a cozy, comfy holiday for us, thank you!

Came to Charlotte for my daughter’s baby shower.. my 1st grand baby! Location and unit was great! A few hiccups but all was resolved and we had a great stay

Charlotte Gem

Just a perfect apartment, close to everything in Charlotte yet off the beaten path enough to unwind in the evening. Incredible hospitality met us as we entered the apartment with wine, juice, English muffins and even cocktails available. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Dilworth Apartment

Jim and James did everything they could to make our stay a comfortable one. The unit is well appointed and in a lovely walking neighborhood. Having food, snacks, and beverages provided was a pleasant surprise. A great place to stay in Charlotte! A nearby restauraunt, Fiamma's, was a great find.
