🚭 No smoking inside the penthouse. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🐶 Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Pet owners must:

Keep pets off furniture and beds

Clean up after pets inside and outside

Ensure pets are not left alone in the unit for extended periods

Prevent excessive barking or noise

🎉 No parties or events. This is a quiet residential building with full-time residents.

👥 Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

🔇 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🛗 Elevator use must be respectful; children should be supervised.

🅿️ One underground parking spot is included with your stay.
