You’ll have the entire ground-floor studio to yourself, including a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Self-check-in is easy via smart lock.

Welcome to Kerns—Portland’s new crown jewel. This eclectic neighborhood was just named the Coolest Neighborhood in the U.S. by TimeOut Magazine, and for good reason. Think leafy streets, indie shops, and a food scene that punches way above its weight. Walk to standout spots like Canard, Screen Door, Lardo, and Whole Foods. You’re also minutes from Laurelhurst Park, Revolution Hall, and a short ride to both downtown and the Alberta Arts District. It’s the perfect launchpad for exploring Portland.



Getting Around:

This area is a walker’s paradise with a near-perfect Walk Score. Most guests park on the street (usually easy) and explore by foot, bike, or electric scooter. There’s also excellent access to public transportation—buses, bike lanes, and nearby MAX stops make it easy to get around the city without a car.
