†Guests will have access to the entire unit and are welcome to make themselves at home. Please note that the garage is off-limits to guests.
†Availability of free driveway parking.
†Community keys are provided for access to the neighborhood amenities, including the pools, tennis, and squash courts.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to regional parks, hiking trails, and golf courses. From morning walks to adventurous desert hikes, thereâs no shortage of opportunities to connect with nature.
Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all just a short drive away. Whether youâre exploring local restaurants, boutique shops, or nearby attractions, the location provides easy access while keeping a calm and private atmosphere.
â Car rental is recommended for maximum convenience.
â Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
â Public bus routes connect to nearby shopping and dining areas.
â Biking is a great option for exploring local trails and parks.
â Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about a 25-minute drive.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
9. Renters must comply with all HOA policies. Any violations, concerns, or issues may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
