Salty Seahorse is a charming 2-bedroom house nestled in the heart of Sarasota, Florida. This delightful retreat offers a cozy ambiance perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxing getaway in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! 3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
