Our spacious villa in Bradenton accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all tastefully furnished in a bright and welcoming style.
Situated within a gated golf community, you can enjoy exclusive access to various amenities by acquiring a temporary membership during your stay.
Unwind in the fully screened pool area with a spa, which can be heated for an additional fee of $100 plus 13% tax per week. Additionally, the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key are just a 40-minute drive away.

If you wish, you may request a transfer of membership so you can play golf and use other community facilities.
Transfer Membership Fee $535.00 plus 7% sales tax (as of 01/16/2025).

If you rent for longer than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory every 4 weeks. The tenant bears the costs for this.

The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 13% tax. The pool will be heated to a comfortable 86°F. Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
