We had an amazing stay at this beautiful secluded home away from home! The extra amenities that such as robes, bottled water and disposable toothbrushes show that the host goes the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and sitting next to the fire pit roasting marshmallows. We will definitely make another trip here in the future! Thank you!

Very clean and updated everywhere. Hot tub was super nice!! the house went out of their way to make sure we had towels and drinks and snacks and everything you could even think of to make our stay wonderful!! Those extra little touches can make a place go from great to exceptionally great!

This property was AMAZING!! The cabin sat right in the woods. We had deer walking around us. The fire pit was amazing. Sitting out in the wilderness with the night sky and the fire going was just perfect. The hot tub was clean and made the atmosphere perfect. The cabin was so clean it felt like home. The best part was no TV and no Internet/cell service. We were celebrating our 24th anniversary and we had no one to bother us. We will definitely be coming back. If you want to reconnect with your loved on this is the place to do it. Just absolutely AMAZING!!

Beautiful secluded hideaway! The cabin had everything we needed and wanted. Microwave, fridge, robes, hot tub ready to go, firewood chopped with fire starter available. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This was the most amazing experience. Everything was PERFECT! The owner is so great and courteous. I was obsessed with the aesthetic. It was very peaceful, essentially when the snow started to fall while we were in the hot tub. I would completely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place is beautiful. The host was amazing. They made the process extremely smooth. We ended up getting a snow storm and they made sure to come early in the morning with a plow to make it easier to access the driveway. Highly recommend.

The cabin is placed close enough to town so that it’s easy to get things that you need for your stay and far enough from the road to make you feel secluded. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to messages. Went out of their want to change my booking dates when my plans changed. 10/10 stay!

Beautiful is an understatement. Peaceful solitude & all the privacy one could ask for. Hottub was wonderful, the little deck connecting to it comes right off the bedroom so it’s perfect. They have twinkle lights draping the trees as you come up the drive all the way around the back of the house where the deck/tub/fire pit is & it’s such a simple yet enchanting touch. I loved it here so much. & if I’m being honest I slept so good (too good in fact) that I about had a heart attack when I woke up just 15 minutes before check out disheveled but refreshed, reset & grateful for my night in this oasis.I couldn’t give one single recommendation or suggestion in regards to the property but to anyone reading this I’d say; its all it’s advertised to be & then some.. just make the reservation

Our stay here was very nice and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the size of the cabin was perfect for the two of us. I loved all the extra blankets around since it got chilly at night. The host was very sweet and all the little touches were very much appreciated. Make sure you have 4x4 for the driveway, its really steep and on a hillside. But once you get up in the cabin you’ll appreciate feeling like you're up in the trees. I recommend the host to create a physical "welcome guide" at the cabin since the service was not good enough to load the vrbo app, or look into starlink, etc for guests to connect to while they stay. We will definitely be back again to stay! It was so cozy and comfortable.

Our cabin getaway was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, organized, and thoughtfully set up with guests in mind. The space was the perfect size—cozy but not cramped—and both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces made it so relaxing. The hot tub was amazing. The lighting next to the driveway was very helpful.The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches like bottled water, snacks, and cozy robes were such a nice surprise after using the hot tub. The hot water didn’t last a super long time, but it was perfect for quick showers.We brought a Wi-Fi hotspot and a projector to watch movies, and the reception at the cabin worked great. The nearby towns were charming and welcoming, and the local parks were beautiful to explore.Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for—peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is really homey and the hot tub and fire pit were great! Beautiful setting - overall very peaceful. Bed is comfortable also. Lastly we found out Uber eats does deliver there!

We are local to the area after having lived throughout the Pittsburgh Region. The Kiski Region is a true gem and Armstrong County is known for it's outdoor recreation. We enjoy kayaking on the Kiski River, running on the Leechburg Towpath rails to trails, and visiting the restaurants and coffee shops in the small towns along the river. We've hosted vacation rental properties throughout the region, and have always maintained a 5 start review. This one holds a special place in our hearts and we hope you can see why when you visit!

Hungry Hollow Hideaway is reminiscent of the luxury cabins you'll find in Ohio Pyle or the Laurel Highlands. Its quintessential Pennsylvania countryside. You'll travel a bit of a winding, country road to arrive at the property and a steep gravel driveway to the top, so we recommend 4 wheel drive no mater the time of year! Once you arrive you'll be taken-aback by the peacefulness. A truly private retreat where you can enjoy the fog rising over the hills in the morning or the call of the owl at night. The design of the cabin is meant to enhance the connection with the outdoors - and we trust our guests will find it as a welcome opportunity to recharge!

The wood burning stove and firepit lend a cozy ambiance. Every detail is thought through for your stay. Just 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and coffee! There is no internet or TV to allow our guests the chance to truly unplug and recharge!
